A Practical Study On Social Work Improving The Unreasonable Self-blame Of Children With Burns

Burns are one of the highest accidental injuries in children,and after burns,children not only cause serious harm to their bodies,but also cause them to lose confidence in their future lives due to changes in appearance or limbs,putting a serious burden on their individuals and families.Child burns on the one hand because children mischievous,insensitive to dangerous events,on the other hand,because the family neglect,compared with other sick children's families,burn children's families have a stronger psychological burden,for the child's illness feeling anxious,worried,for their own negligence feel remorse.The existing intervention services for children with burns mainly focus on helping children to solve their physical pain,promoting the treatment and rehabilitation of children and providing economic or material support,while ignoring the psychological and social concerns of children with burns and their families.This lecture will take the family members of the burned children as the main service object,by assessing the psychological and social needs of the family members of the burned children,focusing on the problem of unreasonable remorse of the families of the burned children,and providing targeted social work services to the families of the burned children in an individualized manner.This paper mainly uses the method of case work to provide interventional services for the families of burn children,through questionnaires,participatory observation and in-depth case interviews to collect data,the non-reasonable remorse of the families of burned children is evaluated,and the practical model of cognitive behavior theory is used to intervene in the case,the main intervention strategy for emotional guidance,The adjustment of family relations and the change of unreasonable belief are aimed at improving the unreasonable remorse of the families of children with burns and helping them to face the fact of burn of children correctly and objectively,so as to continue to exercise due diligence to care for the rehabilitation of children in the future.After the case intervention,the author has carried on the reflection to the service,initially summed up the medical social workers in providing the service to use empathy,attaches importance to the establishment of professional relations,multidimensional intervention to carry out service experience,put forward to improve the visibility and recognition of medical social workers,establish and improve the social work service system and strengthen family health education,Advice on services to prevent burns in children.
