An Intervened Social Work Study On Communication Problems Among Family Members Of Children In Distress

In recent years,with the change of society and the change of family structure,the growth problems of children in difficulties in the new era are constantly changing,and the communication problems of family members also follow.Previous studies have focused on the parent-child relationship of children in distress or the parent-child communication problems under intergenerational upbringing,but there are few studies on the communication problems between children in distress and their family members under intergenerational upbringing.As the cell of the society and the basic unit for children to realize socialization,family members' communication problem is not only conducive to family harmony,but also affects social harmony to a great extent.On the one hand,it is helpful to improve the unreasonable communication mode of the family of children in difficulties and promote the harmonious relationship between family members.On the other hand,it is of great practical significance to the benign development of the whole family and even the whole society.This study focuses on the communication of family members of children in distress,taking six children in distress and their guardians in G community of Gui Yang city as the research objects,it's very important to use the methods of interviews and observation,in order to understand the plight of children's family members communicate status,combining the theory of family system and Eriksson personality development eight stage theory analyzes its existing problems.Finally,from the perspective of social work,this study takes the communication problems of family members of children in distress as the starting point,and uses the methods of individual cases and group work to help children in distress and their guardians master basic communication skills,and help children in distress and their familymembers explore an effective and suitable family communication mode.The survey results show that there are problems of poor communication among family members,weak sense of family belonging,and low intimacy among family members in families of children with difficulties in G community,which provide service directions for social work intervention.Individual cases and group work of social work have significant effects on improving and improving the communication ability of family members of children in difficulties and alleviating family conflicts.
