The changes of the times have created new things.The changes of the times have also brought about the change of educational outlooks.In this process of change,it is usually difficult to get rid of the influence of the existing educational outlooks.Therefore,Criticism and reflection on the traditional educational outlooks are the foundation and premise of the new educational concept to take root.This research is based on the criticism and reflection of the traditional predeterminate curriculum outlook in the field of basic education in China,and puts forward a view of the curriculum opposite to it,named emergent curriculum outlook.Emergent curriculum outlook emphasizes the procedural and developmental nature of the curriculum,which weakens the core position of the predeterminate curriculum objectives in the traditional curriculum outlook,and turns to the generative curriculum objectives.The curriculum implementation under the curriculum outlook is reticular,connecting more possibility of a student's individual development.Emergent curriculum outlook seems to be in opposition to the predeterminate curriculum outlook,but in fact it is an inheritance and transcendence of the traditional curriculum outlook.This paper is based on the core concept of the traditional predeterminate curriculum outlook and the existing problems in the teaching practice,and analyzes how the different emergent curriculum outlook is born in the changes of the times and culture,and explores the concept of emergent curriculum.Through the comprehensive analysis and discussion of the emergent curriculum outlook,it is expected to enrich the theory of the basic education curriculum in China.Logically,this article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper expounds the question of this research,and analyzes the traditional predeterminate curriculum outlook,and criticizes and reflects on the current situation of the shackles situation.In summary,from these aspects of the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,the existing problems in the predeterminate curriculum outlook is analyzed and discussed.On this basis,the reform of the curriculum outlook is proposed,and the research content and significance,the definition of core concepts and the related literature review are expounded.The second part is to discuss the social background,cultural background and ideas of the emergent curriculum outlook from predetermination to the generation,the emergent curriculum outlook gradually developed in the social crisis after the Second World War,The concept is turned from predetermination to the generation,which mainly includes the transformation of philosophical thinking mode,embodying the rise of the predicate theory of the main customer and the rise of the host-guest interaction theory,and the ideological transformation brought about by the rise of the latest scientific research.The third part makes a comprehensive discussion on the philosophical foundation and theoretical basis of the curriculum outlook.The emergent curriculum outlook is different from many curriculum theories.It has not become a branch of curriculum theory in the development process,but is influenced by many philosophical theories and curriculum theories.From its philosophical basis,philosophical hermeneutics and post-structuralism Philosophy,existential philosophy,and generative philosophy have made important contributions to the improvement and enrichment of the philosophical foundation of the emergent curriculum outlook.In terms of its theoretical source,it was influenced by the curriculum theory of Piaget,Vygotsky,Dole,Dewey,Schwab,and Pina.The fourth part focuses on the practical dilemma of emergent curriculum outlook under the influence of the existing traditional predeterminate curriculum outlook,and analyzes the reasons behind this dilemma.There are three main reasons for this:1.From the West,not to be acclimatized;2.The theory is weak,without a solid foundation;3.The traditional concept is deeply rooted.It systematically analyzes the causes of the actual dilemma,and expounds the reasons from the three dimensions of society,school and individual.The main reason is that the socialist ideology and the scientism dominance make the basic education curriculum field fall into disrepair;The main reason is that the objective view of knowledge is solidified;the individual reason is the neglect of the overall development of people.In the fifth part,on the basis of trying to overcome disadvantages of the traditional predeterminate curriculum,the theoretical system of emergent curriculum concept is constructed.From the six aspects of curriculum value orientation,curriculum construction principles,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,teacher-student relationship,and curriculum evaluation,the outlook of emergent curriculum is discussed,and the whole view of emergent curriculum outlook is presented.Emergent curriculum outlook treats the curriculum as a process of dialogue and transformation that is generated to promote the student's subjective meaning.The selection of the course content focuses on providing students with rich contextual creation to help achieve the goal of generative goals.The curriculum implementation is oriented towards the creation of teachers and students.The curriculum evaluation is centered on the developmental function.This kind of curriculum outlook which is different from the traditional predeterminate curriculum outlook brings the dawn of the curriculum reform to enrich the curriculum theory in the field of basic education in China.
