Curriculum is a complex system. It is hoarily connected with many subjects such as philosophy, psychology, cult urology, sociology etc; however, the closest and the most intricate relation to it should be the teaching theory. Curriculum and instruction are two sides of one thing and have a close bearing. When reform on curriculum enters the stage of performance, the corresponding extention of reform on teaching can function as support, promotion, nrichment, perfection and even transcendence for it.Research .into curriculum reform, from the perspective of teaching theory, is not only beneficial to the theoretical construction of curriculum, but also helpful to raise people's emphasis on the relation between them, and also push on curriculum and teaching in practice to move more efficiently than ever. This dissertation keeps to the point by choosing three great categories in teaching theory: instructional objective, instructional content, instructional process. On the course of the three, I lengthwise review and examine the changing process of curriculum reform of new Chinese elementary education, and at the same time expoud the outlook on student, the outlook on curriculum, the outlook on instruction respectively and conrrespondingly embodied by thethree. We hold that reform on curriculum of every generation may make its indelibly historic condition and next generation can obtain unceasing improvement and perfection on the basis of the achievement of last generation, but has its own unavoidable insufficiency, defect and regret, which may also guide us a bright way of curriculum reform we should go.Basded on this close look, the dissertation holds the three outlooks under the situation of the comprehensive advancement of elementary educational curriculum reform. First, on the outlook on student, we should completely change the situation of "ignoring the presence of human being" in usual education and set up the outlook that "human being is our goal", which include following viewpoints: student is an all-round person full of significance of life; student is a person full of productiveness and change; student is a person who would face life and future ; student is a person who bears the characteristics of understanding in advance and rebellion. Second, on the outlook on curriculum, we no longer understand and perform the curriculum one-sidedly and isolatedly and establish plural outlook on modern curriculum, which include: examining from the perspective of the value of curriculum, we should intensify the integration of science and the humanities; from the point of relation between curriculum and culture, we find curriculum should embody internationalization and nationalism; from the point of the relation between people and knowledge, we see people should transcendknowledge; from the point of relation between curriculum and life ,we know curriculum should go back to life. Third, on the outlook on instruction, we put forward the break with the ossified, inefficient outlook on instruction and construct the outlook of "harmony-efficiency", which include: as to the relationship between teacher and student, more concern and appreciation shoud be made about; as to the instructional content, integration and intensification should be paid attention to; as to the instructinonal methods and tactics, the degree of integration and selectiveness should be intensified; as to instructional assessment, the integration of process and development should be attained through hard working.Surrounding the key clue of the relationship between curriculum and teaching, the dissertation, by looking closely at the curriculum reform from the perspective of teaching theory, extends and at the same time penetrates the exposion of the relationship between curriculum reform and teaching reform. For more than 50 years, curriculum had led from the regulational curriculum enslaved by tool-ration to the transcendence of curriculum orientated by liberation-ration and the relationship between curriculum and instruction had also led from separation...
