Cheng Hongbing is a famous high school Chinese teacher in our country,he has made remarkable achievements in shaping students’ personality and Chinese teaching.His concept of Chinese personality education and creative writing have a wide range of influence throughout the country.The study of his educational theory has far-reaching guiding significance for Chinese teachers in middle schools to improve Chinese teaching methods.By using the methods of literature analysis,case study and personal practice,this paper makes a systematic study of Cheng Hongbing’s thoughts on the theory of Chinese education,and explores the experiences that can be used by front-line teachers for reference.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research status,the purpose and methods and the significance of the research.The second part is the research on the theory of Chinese personality education advocated by Cheng Hongbing,introduces the ideological connotation of Chinese personality education,and analyzes the practice of Chinese personality education in the classroom combined with class examples.Finally,it analyzes the advantages and limitations of Chinese personality education combined with practical experience.In order to better carry out Chinese personality education,we can wake up emotional experience,promote teachers’ personality charm,and improve their thinking quality and so on.The third part is the research on the independent inquiry Chinese teaching mode put forward by Cheng Hongbing.This paper introduces the connotation of the independent inquiry Chinese teaching model,the practical application in the classroom and the advantages and limitations of the independent inquiry Chinese teaching mode.The advantage of the autonomous inquiry Chinese teaching mode is to put the students in the main position.Pay attention to thedevelopment of students’ ability,but this model has the disadvantage of following the teacher,which is greatly influenced by the teacher’s personal charm.The fourth part probes into the thinking training and writing put forward by Cheng Hongbing,mainly introduces the contents and methods of thinking training,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of thinking training.Cheng Hongbing’s thinking training into a series of patterns,easy to form aesthetic fatigue,thinking training can be integrated into To daily teaching,increase the freshness of students’ learning.The final conclusion is that Cheng Hongbing’s theory of Chinese education is of great significance for engaging in Chinese teaching,and can be applied to his advantage part of teaching,and some remedial measures should be taken for his limitation.
