| People are considered as the most important factor that influences the social development all along. So only the talents with healthy personality can be the hope of our country and society. Education as a cause for cultivating people should take promoting people's growth and development as its paramount object naturally. Personality influences people's development significantly. Education is playing an important role of cultivating and molding the healthy personality of students. Being the important field of school education, Chinese subject should be responsible for undertaking the mission of cultivating the healthy personality of students. In this paper, the author takes the special-grade Chinese teacher Cheng Hongbing's exploratory research on Chinese personality education as her object of study. The author dose research into the connotation,basic features and practical exploration of Cheng Hongbing's Chinese Personality Education, analyzing the significance and shortcoming of his Chinese Personality Education. On the base of this, the author draws some useful conclusions from Cheng Hongbing's explorations, expecting to make every effort to the implementation of Chinese Personality Education. |
