In the long-term practice of Chinese teaching,Mr.Cheng Hongbing creatively put forward the thought of Chinese personality education and continuously improved it.This article hopes that by studying his educational thoughts,it can inspire first-line Chinese teachers,so as to better improve Chinese teaching.This article is divided into three parts in total.The first part is an overview of Cheng Hongbing's Chinese education thoughts.Chinese personality education is the core and biggest feature of Cheng Hongbing's education thoughts.The first part introduces in detail the ideological connotation of Cheng Hongbing's Chinese personality education from four aspects: specific content,educational value function,the gradual relationship between teachers and students,and self-exploring Chinese teaching.The second part is from reading and writing two aspects,combined with classic lesson examples to study the practical application of Cheng Hongbing's Chinese personality education in these two aspects,so as to provide reference and demonstration for the majority of teachers in classroom teaching.The third part is to study the enlightenment brought by Cheng Hongbing's Chinese personality education thought to the current Chinese education and teaching,and analyze it from two aspects: improving the professional level of Chinese teachers and improving and optimizing Chinese personality education.Finally,combined with the understanding and grasp of the thought of Chinese personality education,I chose the classic poem "Red Candle" in the first unit of high school and the reminiscence prose "Lao Wang" in the third unit of the third volume of the second edition of the Chinese textbook for the junior high school.Teaching plan,analyze teaching ideas.Strive to inspire students' interest in language learning in the teaching of Chinese classes,shape students' healthy and active noble personality and lofty moral cultivation,and help them establish a correct outlook on the world,life,and values.It is hoped that this research will enable teachers to increase their attention to Chinese personality education and provide assistance within their capacity for the development of Chinese education.
