Research On Integrity Education Of College Students

Carrying out honesty education for college students is the basic content for college students to grow into talents in the new era,and it is also the specific action for implementing the requirements of national honesty personnel training.The research on the problem of honesty education in China and abroad has been developing and improving in different forms and ways.Nowadays,the issue of clean education has become a global research topic.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,a series of clean education measures such as "anti-corruption","eight regulations" have been introduced continuously,which just shows that the issue of clean education has become an important issue that cannot be ignored on the path of China's reform and development.As an important group of national talent reserve,university students are the successors of the party's cause.The education of university students is related to the future development of the country,the development of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the development of the party's cause and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The problem of honesty education of college students,as the basis and core content of college students' education,is not only related to the problem of college students' growth,but also related to all aspects of the country's future development.Therefore,no matter from the perspective of the nation state or the development of the party and the growth of college students themselves,the research on college students' honesty education is of great significance.College students' honest education is extremely oriented and scientific.It is the fundamental requirement for the realization of Good morality people.It is an effective guarantee for the smooth development and continuous development of various undertakings in China.It is an important content of college education and the moral bottom line for the cultivation of college students' personality..This paper summarizes the related concepts,contents and methods of college students' honest education through combing and thinking about the related achievements of college students' integrity education.On this basis,it systematically summarizes the path of college students' integrity education.This article includes five parts: the introduction,the connotation and significance,content,educational methods and organizational implementation of college students' integrity education.The content,method and implementation are the key chapters of the article.The content of honest education is mainly reflected in the five aspects of clean government theory education,ideal and belief education,legal cultivation education,abiding by public and private principles and practicing socialist core values.The methods of college students' integrity education are: inculcation,advocacy,training and integration.Under the implementation of the integrity education organization of college students,on the basis of respecting the law of physical and mental growth and the law of education of college students,the implementation path more suitable for the characteristics of college students was adopted.First of all,taking the school party committee's high priority as the starting point,we will enhance the support of cognitive and behavioral ability from three aspects: policy support,school atmosphere construction and the recognition of teachers and students.Secondly,to achieve the overall management of the functional departments,from the cultivation of integrity awareness and the clear division of responsibilities to achieve the same direction of management.Thirdly,integration is realized in the whole process of college education,and curriculum integration is the most important way of integration.In addition,the purification of the clean and educational environment,in which the optimization of the human environment,institutional environment and behavioral environment are the key points.Finally,the system implements education and performance assessment.
