Research On Cultivation Of Incorruptible Quality Of University And College Students Under The Background Of Governing The Party Strictly And Comprehensively

At the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the CPC Central Committee made a major strategic plan for comprehensive and strict administration of the Party.Comprehensive strict administration of the party is an important part of the "four all-round" strategic layout,is the core and soul of building a well-off society in an all-round way,deepen reform in an all-round way,and promote comprehensively the rule of law,and also has practical guiding significance for the cultivation of honesty quality of college students.College students,as the new force in the future construction,reform and development of the country,and the leader of social harmony and civilization,their integrity quality will directly affect the general environment and the great wind direction of the future national political ecology.Strengthening the cultivation of college students’ honest quality is the new requirement of strict administration of the party,the new expectation of high-quality economic development,the new connotation of "establishing morality and building people" in colleges and universities,and the inherent demand of college students’ self-development.Through the analysis of the related concepts of honesty,quality,integrity quality and the integrity quality of college students,this study analyzes the elements of integrity quality of college students,such as honest cognition,honest emotion,honest will,honest behavior and so on.The logical starting point of the study is established.This paper explores the theoretical basis of the research from the Marxist theory of hominology,the important exposition of Xi Jinping’s ideological and political education and ideological and moral construction,the generation of moral quality and the theory of developmental psychology.Through questionnaires and case interviews,the present situation of honest quality of college students and the cultivation of honest quality are examined in reality,and the existence is analyzed: the memory of honest culture is vague,the cognition is shallow,the moral identity is weak,the emotion is lagging behind.The cultivation process stage is confused,does not follow the generation rule,the cultivation content is single and vague,does not reflect the vivid comprehensive and so on university student honest quality cultivation aspect main question.Based on the guidance of comprehensive and strict administration of the party and the basic requirements of "complete" and "strict ",this study puts forward five ways to cultivate the integrity quality of college students,one is to construct the " four modules " of culture construction,morality construction,environment construction and practice education to enhance the integrity quality of college students.Fourth,perfect the " two mechanisms " of encouragement and restraint,and enhance the generation and development of the honest quality of college students;fifthly,infiltrate the activities of community organizations,theme class meetings,party group activities " three activities" to enhance the practicality of cultivating the honest quality of college students.This research will help to strengthen the comprehensive and strict administration of the party and college students honest quality cultivation of theoretical research,further enrich the theoretical content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,put forward the cultivation of innovative path,for strengthening the contemporary college students honest quality cultivation provides a useful reference for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of building people by virtue,practice the initial mission of "for the party to educate people,for the" provides a practical path.
