| Purposes: the purpose of this study was to compare the gait initiation,dynamic balance control and static balance control of the subjects with chronic ankle instability under three conditions: bare foot,wearing soft ankle protection,kinesio taping on gait initiation,dynamic balance control,static balance control,and so on.In order to prove the influence of different protective methods on the results of exercise control,we hope to find out the better way of exercise protection for subjects with chronic ankle instability through the changes before and after the test.Methods: 25 patients with chronic ankle instability were recruited through the poster.The subjects were exposed to bare foot,soft ankle protection,and kinesio taping,the static balance test,gait initiation and dynamic balance test were completed.The test instruments are the Super Balance Balance Test System,the Kistler three-dimensional force platform Vicon system and the Neurocom Balance Manager System.The SPSS22.0 software uses the paired sample T test for the dynamic load balance test results,and the gait start result is counted using the two-factor repeated measurement variance analysis.Results:(1)in the process of gait innitiation,there was significant interaction between the long protective side and the protective mode in the S1 stage of gait start X direction [F(2,36)= 4.254,P < 0.05],and there was significant difference in the starting of the protective side [F(1,18)= 6.336,P < 0.05],and there was a significant interaction between the long protective side and the protective mode [F(2,36)= 3.702,P < 0.05].After LSD test,there was significant difference in intramuscular effect [F(1,18)= 5.381,P < 0.05].(2)in the process of static balance test,the application of intramuscular patch and ankle protection did not change the results of bilateral open eyes and closed eyes single-limb standing test in subjects with chronic ankle instability,but in the protective side,ankle protection was used.The intramuscular patch reduced the swing trajectory distance and the maximum swing diameter in Y direction(P < 0.05).(3)in the dynamic balance test,there was significant difference in the ratio of naked foot to ankle protection in the affected side of(DCL),but there was no difference between the other two groups.The intramuscular effect paste significantly improved the direction control score on the posterior side(P < 0.05),and the maximum deviation of ankle protection on the maximum offset(MXE)score significantly improved the maximum deviation of the healthy side,the posterior side and the posterior side(P < 0.05),and the deviation of the intramuscular effect back to the anterior side was significantly increased(P < 0.05).Research conclusions:(1)The application of the protective methods such as the soft ankle and the innereffect patch changes the length of the COP track in the gait innitiation process,indicating that the application of the protective mode can immediately change the control capability of the gait innitiation movement of the chronic ankle-unstable population.(2)In the open-eye and closed-eye single-limb standing test,the application of the ankle-and kinesio taping reduces the swing distance and the speed of the various directions,and the static control ability of the chronic ankle instability subject is increased.(3)In the dynamic balance test,both the ankle and the kinesio taping increase the score of the far-most moving distance(MXE)on the healthy side,the back side and the back side,and the muscle-in-effect patch also increases the score of the front side MXE,and the application of the protective mode enhances the ability of the posture control of the patient.The application of the ankle and muscle-effect patch in the direction control index(DCL)mainly increases the control ability of the affected side and the side of the patient,and makes up for the defect of the posture control of the chronic ankle instability patient. |
