OBJECTIVE: Adolescents are in adolescence and their skeletal system is not yet fully developed. Therefore, sports injuries often occur during physical exercise, and most of the sites are sprains of the ankle joint.Adolescent ankle sprains have acute sprains and chronic sprains, and one-third of ankle sprains can develop chronic ankle instability, including mechanical(structural)ankle instability and functional ankle instability,or It is both at the same time.Chronic ankle sprains are mainly caused by the ligaments of the ankle joint and the long-term fatigue of the muscles.Repeated sprains of the ankle joint and instability of the ankle joint are causal factors, leading to a number of influencing factors of ankle sprain, the most dangerous factor is functional ankle instability.Sports injuries not only affect the physical health of the majority of young sports enthusiasts, but also cause lifelong injuries, and even lead to adolescents' fear of sports, thus hindering the development of sports among adolescents.Following the principle of “health first” and from the perspective of a sports educator,it is very meaningful to prevent and treat adolescent sprains. At present, the research on the biomechanical mechanism of functional ankle instability is mainly in the aspects of muscle strength, balance ability, stability of static and dynamic posture, but there are few reports on the biomechanical mechanism of its most basic gait.State analysis can accurately measure the dynamics and kinematics of lower limbs and joints, and the walking function of functional ankle instability needs to be assessed by quantitative criteria. The sprain of the ankle joint often occurs in the sports ground during the running and jumping moments on the irregular ground. Therefore,it is very important to study the gait when walking on the irregular ground. Therefore, this study selects the upper and lower step gait experiments as the study.Experiment because it is a practical method to detect the stability of the ankle joint.METHODS: Male adolescents aged 13-17 years were selected as subjects in this study.By filling out the questionnaire,20 subjects with functional ankle instability were selected and 10 non-functional ankles were selected.Stable healthy subjects served as a blank control for this study.Twenty young FAI patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group was the experimental group, the juvenile prescribed fist movement intervention, and the other group was the jogging control group, and the jogging exercise intervention. The experimental instrument is a three-dimensional high-speed motion capture system and a three-dimensional force measuring platform consisting of two force measuring platforms. It tests the stride characteristics of adolescent FAI when walking on the ground, the angle of the ankle joint in three planes when the upper and lower steps are up,and the ground reaction force. On the one hand, the gait of the upper and lower steps is studied to study the biomechanical characteristics of the gait of the juvenile FAI on the irregular ground. On the other hand, after 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the juvenile stipulates the different exercises of the boxing practice and the jogging practice. The effect of intervention on adolescent functional ankle instability provides a basic theory and basis for the prevention and rehabilitation of ankle injury in adolescent FAI.RESULTS:(1)Stepping kinematics characteristics when walking on the ground: The pre-training experimental group and the jogging control group were compared with the healthy control group. The adolescent FAI patients had a significant difference between the affected stride length and the affected side striding time and the healthy control group. The performance of the jogging control group and the experimental group was smaller than that of the healthy control group. The stride time of the affected side was significantly different from that of the healthy control group. There were no significant differences among other indicators. Before and after the training in the experimental group, the comparison between the jogging control group and the jogging control group was available. There was no significant difference between the affected side of the jogging control group and the affected side of the stepping time before and after the training. There was no obvious exercise intervention effect; There were significant differences between the long and the affected side step time before and after training, and there was a significant effect of exercise intervention.(2)Kinematics of the ankle joint angle in three planes when the upper and lower steps are: the pre-training experimental group and the jogging control group and the healthy control group can be compared with the ankle joint angle index, and the sagittal in-situ heel strike/foot toe There was a significant difference between the angle of the landing period and the healthy control group. The maximum value of the plantar flexion/dorsal flexion and the range of joint activity in the support period were significantly different from those in the healthy control group, which showed that the angle values were smaller than the healthy control group;the coronal plane There was a significant difference between the angle of the internal heel and the toe landing period and the healthy control group. The maximum value during the support period and the joint activity amplitude were significantly different from those of the healthy control group, which showed that the angle value was greater than the health value. In the control group, there were no significant differences in the angles of the heel period/toe landing period, the support period flexion/dorsal flexion maximum, and the joint activity amplitude. Before and after the training in the experimental group, the sagittal and coronal ankle joint angle indexes were obtained before and after training in the jogging group. There was no significant difference between the jogging control group and the training before and after training. There was no obvious exercise intervention effect;the experimental group had significant effects before and after training.Sexual differences or very significant, with significant effects of exercise intervention.(3)The dynamic characteristics of the ground reaction force in three planes when the upper and lower steps are compared: the ground reaction force index of the experimental group and the jogging control group and the healthy control group before training can be obtained, and the heel strike/land toe landing period in the horizontal plane The force value of the toe off-site period was significantly different from that of the healthy control group, and the force value was higher than that of the healthy control group;there was no significant difference between the sagittal and coronal parameters. Before and after the training in the experimental group, the comparison of the ground reaction forces in the horizontal plane before and after the training in the jogging group was not available. There was no significant difference in the comparison between the training group and the jogging control group. There was no significant intervention effect. There were significant differences before and after the training in the experimental group. The effect of exercise intervention.CONCLUSION:(1)Juvenile prescribed boxing exercises can improve the abnormal gait of FAI in adolescents, mainly in increasing the stride length of the affected side, shortening the stride time of the affected side, and increasing the stability of walking. The juvenile stipulates that the fist fights the activities between the muscles of different limbs of the whole body, promotes the systemic transmission of the nerves and muscles, improves the movement efficiency of the system, and reduces the harm of the ground FAI to the human body.(2)Juvenile prescribed boxing exercises can increase the angle of ankle joint for dorsiflexion/reflexion,and also reduce the angle of ankle joint during varus movement, which may increase the endurance and stability of the corresponding muscle group muscles with the ankle joint.,increased the corresponding ability to reduce the probability of ankle sprain.(3)The 12-week juvenile prescribed boxing exercise can significantly alleviate the ankle injury of adolescent FAI,and the jogging practice does not achieve this effect. The juvenile stipulates the boxing to improve the speed, endurance, sensitivity, flexibility and other physical qualities of the juvenile body, and also reduces the occurrence of ankle sprains. Therefore, juvenile prescribed punch exercises can be used as a safe and effective means of sports rehabilitation for FAI.(4)Unbalanced muscle strength development and neuromuscular incompatibility in adolescent FAI patients increased the risk of ankle joint injury in sports. After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the juvenile prescribed boxing practice group had significant exercise intervention effects. In addition to strengthening the balance exercise, the rehabilitation of the FAI should be combined with speed, strength, agility, flexibility and other sports to increase the stability of the ankle.Adolescents are in a critical period of puberty development. In sports, only by cultivating the will of self-determination and tenacious struggle can they have the ability to adapt to society. Therefore,in sports,we should improve our awareness of self-protection,keep in mind safety first, avoid sports. The harm caused by injury.
