| As a theory of teacher education to promote teacher professional development,"reflective teaching" guides teachers to make full use of its theory in teaching practice to improve professional skills and promote professional development.Teaching design is the prelude of teachers’ teaching practice and the premise of guaranteeing the quality of classroom teaching.Due to the lack of teaching design ability of novice primary school teachers,there are many deficiencies in the fashion of teaching design."reflective teaching" can not only promote the professional development of teachers,but also promote the improvement of the ability of analyzing and designing teaching design.However,there is still a lack of research on the improvement of teaching design ability of novice primary school teachers based on reflective teaching theory.Therefore,it is particularly important and necessary to conduct a deep,in-depth and systematic study on the reflective teaching and the teaching design ability of novice primary school teachers.This study is conducive to the improvement and perfection of teachers’ teaching design and the improvement of teachers’ teaching design ability.In this study,the teacher education theory of "reflective teaching" is combined with the reflection cases of the elementary school novice case teachers on the teaching design.Through in-depth interviews,the whole process of the case teachers’ reflection,revision and improvement on the teaching design is understood.By comparing the differences between the case teacher’s teaching design before and after reflection,the analysis found that the teacher’s teaching design after reflection was more in line with the curriculum requirements and student characteristics,and the teaching design ability was significantly improved.From the two time dimensions of reflection before action and reflection after action,this paper analyzes and expounds the promoting effect of reflective teachingOn the analysis ability of teaching content and learning situation,the analysis and design ability of teaching objectives,the choice and design ability of teaching strategies,the design ability of teaching process and teaching evaluation of novice primary school teachers.On this basis,this paper discusses the effect of reflective teaching on the improvement of teaching design ability of novice teachers. |
