On September 13,2016,Chinese Students Develop Core Competencies published,it indicates that China's elementary education is moving from the era of “ knowledge-based” to the era “core competencies”.The cultivation of students' core competencies has become an important part of the current educational reform and an important task of teaching,the teachers are the key to this task.As a teacher,how to better train students' core competencies is an urgent need to ponder and research,it is involves all aspects of teacher professional development,the teacher's own teaching experience and reflection are the main factors affecting the professional development of teachers,it is also the premise and sticking point to students' core competencies' cultivate.Teachers' reflection is a summary of existing teaching activities and a guidance of new teaching activities,it affects the development of students,but it's often easily to be ignored.In the era of “core competencies”,teachers' reflections should follow the current educational concept,pay attention to the development of students' core competencies in reflection and promote the students' core competencies as the goal of teaching reflection.Primary school is an important stage for students to begin systematic mathematics learning.The cultivation of primary school mathematics core competencies is an important topic based on the present and points to the future.Therefore,how to improve the teacher's reflective ability so as to better train students' core competencies of mathematics is an important issue for primary school mathematics teachers.Based on this point,this study will effectively investigate the current situation of primary school mathematics teachers' reflective ability,analyze their odds and problems,and formulate corresponding strategies for improving teachers' reflective ability based on the primary students' core competencies,in the hope of provide relevant cases for related research.This study combines literature,investigation,interview and case analysis so as to discuss two issues.First of all,use investigates survey and interviews survey with the elementary mathematics teachers in primary schools to find out their understanding of the core competencies of mathematics and the basic situation of teaching reflection ability,throughquantification and qualitative analysis,obtain the results about the conclusion of the teaching rethinking of elementary mathematics teachers based on students' core competencies.Secondly,based on the professional development theory of teachers,to analyzed these cases,and generalized seveal tactics of how to improving the teaching reflexivity of primary school mathematics teachers based on the students' core competencies.The main conclusions of this study are: First,although research on teaching reflection is rich both at home and abroad,and there are more and more studies on the core competencies of mathematics.However,there are few studies on teaching reflection practice based on the perspective of core competencies cultivation;although the core mathematics competencies currently proposed are only for high schools,it is worth exploring and studying at the elementary school stage.Second,although primary mathematics teachers have a clearer understanding of the importance of teaching reflection,there is still a single way to reflect on the teaching practice,and reflections are subject to formalization and task-oriented issues,and lack of guidance on corresponding education and teaching theory.There is also a lack of close integration with student development.Therefore,the reflection of primary school mathematics teachers does not meet the need to further promote and train students' core competencies.Third,through the literature review,investigation and research,case analysis,and thinking,some strategies for improving the reflective ability of primary school mathematics teachers based on the cultivation of students' core competencies are proposed.The main points are: Pay Attention to the improvement of pre-service teacher education theory based on students' core competencies education.Create a reflective atmosphere and environment that emphasize the cultivation of students' core competencies.Teachers' reflection activities and work that are conducive to the cultivation of students' core competencies.Strengthen the communication and interaction between teachers and students focusing on students' core competencies.Advocating deep-level teaching reflection based on the cultivation of students' core competencies.
