The study selects the regional activities of a kindergarten in D City for non-participatory observation,and through practical investigation and literature review,puts forward feasible strategies for the cultivation of children's approaches to learning in regional activities.On the basis of summarizing up the previous concepts of children's approaches to learning and regional activities,this study puts forward the connotation of children's approaches to learning and regional activities.On-site observation of the S kindergarten regional activities was conducted by means of non-participation observation,and each class teacher was interviewed.Through the analysis of videos,pictures,questionnaires,interview materials and observation records of regional activities,this paper makes a thorough and comprehensive analysis from the perspectives of "how to do" and "how to say" of teachers in activities to "how to operate" and "how to express" of children,presenting the present situation of the cultivation of children's approaches to learning in large class regional activities in S kindergarten.Secondly,through the investigation of the current situation of S Park and the previous research results,it is found that teachers rarely allocate time and energy to observe,record and guide the activities of children's regional activities.It is difficult to design and support activities on the basis of observation with children's learning quality as the starting point.Teachers' professional knowledge and ability in the quality of children's learning and regional activities are insufficient.In addition,the author analyzes the reasons for the cultivation of children's approaches toward learning in regional activities from three aspects: kindergarten,teachers and children.Finally,according to the relevant theories,combined with practical investigation and previous research results,this paper puts forward the strategies from the aspects of preschool teachers and kindergartens,so as to make regional activities play their due value in promoting the development of children's approaches to learning.
