The Comparative Research On Xi Jinping And Deng Xiaoping's View Of Talents

Talent is a strategic resource for realizing national revitalization and winning international competition.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's economic and social development has been in an important transitional period.The new situation in which the economic development enters into the node of power transformation,the world-wide technological and industrial changes are on the verge of breaking,the building of a well-off society in an all-round way needs to overcome difficulties,the task of overcoming poverty is arduous,and the task of rural revitalization is urgent,which puts forward new and higher requirements on the number,quality and ability of talents.However,there are problems in the talent team in China that are unreasonable in structure and incapable of innovation.Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the work of talents,Fully affirmed the key role of talents in the construction of the national economy and other aspects.On the basis of inheriting Marxism,Chinese traditional culture and the thoughts of the talents of the various leaders of China,Xi Jinping put forward a series of new ideas and new ideas around the talent work in light of his own experiences and the problems existing in the talent team,which constitutes Xi Jinping's view of talents system.This theoretical system is the theoretical basis for the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through talents in the new era.Xi Jinping's view of talents is the latest theoretical achievement of the Chinese Marxist concept of talent.In order to more intuitively highlight its innovation,this paper uses the method of comparative research,literature research and the research method combining history and theory.On the basis of summing up the achievements of the academic circles,it sorts out the formation conditions of Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping's view of talents.This paper analyzes the main content and the commonality and difference of the characteristics of the two view of talents,and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the construction of the talent team in the new era of China,with a view to providing a theoretical reference for building a strong country of talent and providing intelligence for the Chinese dream of realizing China's great rejuvenation.Specifically,the paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is a comparative study of the formation conditions of Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping's concept of talent.From the four aspects of international situation,domestic development stage,theoretical basis and subject conditions to compare the similarities and differences of formation conditions.The second chapter is a comparative study of the basic contents of Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping's concept of talent.It mainly compares the cultivation,selection,environment and management of talents,compares and discusses the common points and differences in the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's and Xi Jinping's view of talents,and clarifies that Xi Jinping's view of talents on the basis of inheriting Deng Xiaoping's view of talents to innovate.The third chapter is the comparison of the characteristics of Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping's view of talents.First of all.it expounds the common features of Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping's view of talents,namely,practicality,openness and humanity.Secondly,it expounds the differences between Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping's view of talents,including the focus of the concept of talents and the difference in the path and effectiveness of implementation.The fourth chapter discusses the realistic enlightenment of the comparative study of Xi Jinping and Deng Xiaoping's view of talents.This part is the foothold of this article.Through the above comparative analysis,it has the following important inspirations for better solving the problems in the talent team of China in the new era and scientifically responding to the challenges of talent competition in the world:First,adhering to the problem consciousness and maintaining the vitality of talent work;second,following objective laws and ensuring the steady progress of talent work;third,adhering to party leadership and grasping the direction of talent work;Fourth,we must establish a global vision and coordinate the coordinated development of socialist construction.
