| "Developing sports and strengthening people's physique" has always been one of the core of the development of Chinese sports,and is also a problem that the whole society has been concerned about.Rural sports is an important part of the social sports in China.The construction of beautiful countryside is not only the basis and prerequisite for the construction of beautiful China,but also a new project and a new carrier to promote the construction of ecological civilization and promote socialism.The development of mass sports in rural areas is conducive to improving the public sports service system,integrating sports into the life of residents,improving the quality of spiritual and cultural life of residents,promoting the construction of beautiful countryside,promoting the construction of ecological civilization and realizing the beautiful China.In order to further promote the construction of beautiful countryside and win the battle of a well-off society in an all-round way,in 2016,the Hebei provincial Party committee and provincial government promulgated the opinions on accelerating the construction of beautiful countryside and the implementation plan of beautiful countryside in Hebei Province in 2016.In these two documents: the key task is the construction of 4000 provincial key village,vigorously promote rural "four five change",adhere to the development of farmers as the main body,the construction of cultural venues and sports facilities and regularly organize sports activities,the construction of spiritual culture on the farmers,beautiful village by the outer and inner beauty,strive for full coverage in 2020 to achieve the beautiful countryside.In this paper,the construction of the beautiful countryside of Hebei Province as an opportunity to use literature,survey method(including interviews and questionnaires),mathematical statistics,logical analysis,based on the provincial key city Luan village residents sports participation,sports cognition,sports organization and management,residents and sports demand of residents physical factors involved in the investigation,analysis of the factors restricting the residents participation in sports and sports demand present situation and development of mass sports in village residents focus,explores the strategy and methods to solve,to popularize beautiful rural mass sports development and sports activities to provide reference and recommendations to the construction of ecological civilization and promote the sustained and healthy development and the beautiful countryside.The survey found that: 1,the degree of sports participation of the residents in the key villages is not high,the sports population is less,only 21.03%.2,the residents of the key village are relatively perfect in the cognition of the sports function,but the half of the people say they take part in physical exercise or are blind,without considering the scientific nature.3,among the 447 residents surveyed,130 people did not participate in physical exercise in their leisure time.The subjective factors affecting their participation in sports were mainly the lack of deep understanding of sports,and the objective factors were mainly "no time".4,focus on the village lack of professional sports coaches in sports,only 9.15% participants in 5,residents often receive sports guidance in public sports service demand in the exercise,the residents demand on the facilities is relatively high;in the physical needs of the project,the residents of the equipment and technical requirements of low project or on site equipment requirements and technical requirements of the project is not high in high demand.Suggestions: 1.The construction of beautiful countryside is a long-term and systematic project.It is necessary to coordinate and cooperate with each other.2,strengthen the construction of rural sports organizations and backbone teams,increase the investment of funds,train the backbone of sports and support the rural sports organizations.3,change the supply mode of public sports service,from "supply oriented" to "demand oriented".4.According to the characteristics and needs of the farmers' sports activities,the field and facilities suitable for farmers are planned and built scientifically,and special personnel are arranged for maintenance and maintenance.5,we should strengthen sports publicity,carry out lectures and competitions on sports knowledge,train farmers' awareness of sports participation and lifelong sports,improve farmers' scientific fitness knowledge level,sports ability and sports consumption level,and improve the number of sports population. |
