| In recent years,the beautiful countryside has gradually become a topic of the times concerned by the theoretical and academic circles.In the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2013,it first proposed the goal of building a “beautiful village”.In 2015,the Central Document No.1 also stated that “China must be beautiful and rural areas must be beautiful.” To prosper rural areas,we must unremittingly push forward the construction of a new socialist countryside and make rural areas a beautiful homeland for farmers to live and work in peace and contentment.On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to implement the strategy of village rejuvenation in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China.“To insist on the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,and to meet the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and a prosperous life.We will establish a sound institutional mechanism and policy system for the integration of urban and rural development and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas." In 2013,party committees and governments of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region carried out “beautiful Guangxi” rural construction activities.In 8 years of planning,the project will be divided into four stages: “Clean Village,” “Eco-Village,” “Livable Village,” and “Happy Village.” This will promote the construction of beautiful countryside in an orderly manner.In recent years,the state has promulgated the "Opinions on the Implementation of Peasant Sports and Fitness Projects" and implemented the "Farmer Sports and FitnessProject" to establish a series of safeguard measures for the development of rural sports.This study is based on the macro background of the construction of "Beautiful Villages" and according to the historical development law of village sports,with a view to seeking breakthroughs in the thinking of village sports development and related policies and measures,and trying to construct a new development model of village sports in China.To further enrich related theoretical knowledge and better understand the deep connotation of “beautiful village”.Through field investigation,this article conducts field investigations and visits to typical villages with good sports development in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to understand local customs,and the development of village sports.Through the literature data method,expert interview method to further understand the relevant theoretical knowledge.Eventually,the collected data was organized by logical analysis.The connotation of sports in the context of "beautiful village" and the connotation of village sports were interpreted.Designed the development of village sports in the context of“beautiful villages”,including the principles of design: it is conducive to promoting the construction of “beautiful villages”;it is conducive to the development of villagers;and it is beneficial to the promotion of villagers' ideology and lifestyle.Into.The content of the design: sports aesthetics of the village capacity;harmony of interpersonal relationships;beautification of spiritual sports;health of the villagers.The detailed operation of the design was elaborated.Then the protection operation mechanism of the development model is discussed from four aspects.First,there must be higher-level government departments in formulating policies that are conducive to the development of village sports;second,financial support should be given an inclination;then,the sports department must give certain guidance;and,in order to expand the scale of village sports development,it is necessary to unite and collaborate with neighboring villages.It is necessary to incorporate the construction of sports venues and related supporting facilities into the overall planning of village construction and to meet the requirements for the beautification of village sports;village committees should take the lead in the construction of village-level sports organizations and select individuals to be responsible for daily and holiday sports instruction and competitions.Organizations,etc.,have carried out activities such as publicity to ensure that the relevant concepts are effectively passed on.Physical fitness,mental health,entertainment,and interpersonal functions are deeply rooted in people's hearts,and the participation of villagers is increased,and the villagers can consciously and scientifically exercise.And in the physical exercise to achieve the skills to master,physical and mental health,health and other goals,so as to achieve the villagers spiritual sports beautification,harmonious interpersonal relationships,the health requirements of the villagers.Promote the realization of beautiful rural construction goals. |
