| With the sustained growth of tourism demand worldwide,there are many opportunities for entrepreneurship in the tourism industry,which covers a wide range of areas.However,the development of tourism entrepreneurship at home and abroad shows that tourism entrepreneurship education lags behind the practice of tourism entrepreneurship obviously and the level of tourism entrepreneurship education can not meet the needs of tourism entrepreneurship development.The practice of entrepreneurship education for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools in China has just started.The entrepreneurship learning education for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools can implant "entrepreneurship gene" into tourism majors as early as possible,improve their innovative ability and comprehensive quality,and provide a diversified path for their growth and success,which is an important part of talent training.Vocational education,as a type of education,is different from general education and rich in the basic attributes of Vocational education.Vocational education emphasizes the ability-based,and entrepreneurship education conforms to the essence of Vocational education.At the same time,the arrival of the mobile Internet era has broken the strong situation of elite entrepreneurship,and has really entered the era of "mass entrepreneurship,innovation" which provides a favorable opportunity for secondary vocational tourism major to carry out entrepreneurship education.Entrepreneurial learning is a very complex behavioral process.Secondary vocational students majoring in tourism learn what kind of entrepreneurial knowledge and content,in order to stimulate their imagination and innovation ability,and improve their awareness of entrepreneurial opportunities.That is to say,the specific content of entrepreneurship learning for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the grounded theoretical research method,this paper mainly interviews with tourism entrepreneurs,core members of tourism entrepreneurship team,tourism professional teachers in secondary vocational schools,career planning teachers and administrative leadership,and collects raw materials with some entrepreneurship cases of CCTV-2 Financial Channel.Then,the 25 collected data were analyzed by multi-case studies,the main categories and conceptual categories were refined,and the content system model of entrepreneurship learning for secondary vocational tourism majors was constructed.The main contents of this paper can be divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,significance,purpose and content of this paper,and in view of the current research situation,writes a literature review at home and abroad and defines the relevant core concepts.The second part is the theoretical basis and research methods.Firstly,in the theoretical basis,it mainly includes lean entrepreneurship theory,Effectuation entrepreneurship decision-making theory and practical education theory.Secondly,the research method is grounded theory research method,its charm lies in the theoretical construction,which is very suitable for exploratory research.At the same time,the software Nvivo11,which is an assistant tool of grounded theory research,is introduced briefly.The third part is the collection and collation of data.Data sources are mainly divided into two categories.The first type is mainly the original materials obtained from the semi-structured in-depth interviews,totaling 11 interviews with more than 60,000 words.The second type is mainly through the tourism management(planning professional orientation)students of Chongqing Normal University in the tourism entrepreneurship course collected on the "entrepreneurship heroes Hui" program entrepreneurship case information,a total of 14 more than 30,000 words.The fourth part is the process of grounded theoretical data analysis,that is,the process of constructing the content system of entrepreneurship learning for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools.According to the grounded theory,the sample data were analyzed by open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and the reliability and validity of the results were tested.The fifth part is the conclusion.This paper constructs a content system model of entrepreneurship learning for tourism majors in secondary vocational schools,which includes nine modules: entrepreneurship awareness and spirit,target market demand,value proposition,entrepreneurship resources,core competence,products and services,marketing,operation mode and profit model. |
