Objective: To study the core strength training in the speed skating 300 meters in the application of roller skating,skating learners before and after the experimental intervention,trying to explore for roller skating teaching in Colleges and universities sports training activities to provide some new,efficient training theory and methods.Methods: This article mainly uses the literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other eligible skating in Aba Teachers College students were 60.The test subjects were randomly divided into control group 30(women are 15,man are 15),30(women are 15,man are 15)cases in the experiment group.The control group did not participate in the core strength training but can participate in the other the movement.The experimental group used the core strength training(using balanced posture toes,standing side stretch,deltoid stretch,triceps muscle tension,standing hand stretching,shoulder bridge,crunches,swimming exercise,flat plate support leg,elbow support).Before and after the experiment on two groups respectively the 300 metres speed and technical testing,eyes closed standing on one foot,four indexes of eight abdominal bridge tracking test.and use the Spss19 to analysis and description for the result.Result:1 After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group of male and female students of the core strength of the test results are improved in varying degrees,mainly in the performance of the 8 level of abdominal bridge and closed eyes single foot standing test scores are improved than before the experiment.2 Test in the speed skating 300 meters time,students in two groups after12 weeks of training,the experimental group of boys speed skating 300 meters test time by.experiment before the 49.94 s was reduced to 37.80 s after the experiment,the control group of boys 300 meter speed skating test time by experiment before the48.82 s reduced to 41.75 s.experimental group female experiment after the speed skating 300 meters test time by experiment before the 53.42 s was reduced to 40.22 s after the test,the control group of girls speed skating 300 meters test time by experiment before the 50.17 s was reduced to 43.94 s.after the experiment3.In speedskating 300 meters test,the two groups of students in the experimental group after12 weeks of training,the boys closed speed skating 300 meters before the experiment technology test scores from 68.86 points to 88.86 points after the experiment,the speed skating 300 meters technology test scores of the control group of boys from before the experiment increased to 66.66 after the experiment 73.93.The experimental group of girls speed skating 300 meters before the experiment technology test scores from 64.06 points to 84.86 points after the test,the control group of girls 300 meters speed skating technology test by before the 66.13 points to80.73 points after the experiment.Conclusion:1.Core strength training in improving the quality of the core body muscles effect,test index in the experimental group experimental results of eight abdominal bridge and stork stand is very obvious,the experimental group in the speed skating performance better than the control group.2.Strength training in the core area plays a very significant role in improving the speed skating performance of300 meters speed.In the aspect of speed skating 300 meters test time and test technology,the overall performance of the experimental group after the experiment was better than the control group after the experiment of the overall performance,therefore,it is not difficult to see that the optimization effect of core strength training of the speed skating 300 meters performance.3.In the experiments of comparison,added to the core strength training of the students in skating teaching more actively,and the training content more rich and innovative,greatly stimulate students' curiosity and enthusiasm,while the introduction of core strength training is to enable more students to strengthen the understanding the specific strength of the.
