Research objective: Through the analysis of Xie Zhenye and foreign excellent 200 m runner’s whole speed change,stride frequency,stride length and the technical characteristics of each phase of 200 m,to explore the special technical characteristics and inner law of this project,to provide some reference for improving our sprinters’ 200 m running sports performance and enriching sprint sports training theory.Research methods: using literature,image measurement,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis,the 2019 IAAF Diamond League London men’s200m final;2009 World Athletics Championships men’s 200 m final;2011 IAAF Diamond League Brussels men’s 200 m final,2022 World Athletics Championships men’s 200 m The five or two typical races,the men’s 200 m final at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,were analyzed in depth to compare the kinematic techniques of Xie Zhenye,Bolt,Blake,Lyles,and De Grasse.Research results:(1)Xie Zhenye is in the second peak of the performance curve and still has a lot of room to rise in the 200 m run.(2)Xie Zhenye’s full 200 m run curve model is similar to that of the world’s top 200 m runners,with a "double-peaked" speed curve model.The difference between the first 100 m of Xie Zhenye’s 200 m performance and the best 100 m performance is large.(3)Xie Zhenye’s stride length index and stride frequency index are lower than the world’s top 200 m runners,and his stride length and stride frequency are not dominant.(4)In the starting phase,Xie Zhenye’s torso and horizontal plane angle is not much different from the world’s best 200 m runners,but Xie Zhenye’s torso and horizontal plane angle increase at 10m-20 m is larger than the remaining four athletes.(5)In the accelerated running phase,Xie Zhenye’s knee angle,ankle angle and hip angle of the support leg and swing leg changed in the same trend as the world’s best 200 m runners,but the changes were smaller.(6)In the mid-run phase,Xie Zhenye’s supporting leg and swing leg hip angles were smaller in the touchdown,vertical and off-ground moments,and the increase in angle from touchdown to off-ground was smaller than that of the world’s best 200 m runners;the difference between Xie Zhenye’s off-ground moment and vertical moment hip angle was smaller;the change in Xie Zhenye’s knee angle from vertical moment to off-ground moment was the smallest,and the sum of knee angle of swing leg at touchdown moment and vertical moment was the largest;the ankle angle of supporting leg from vertical moment to off-ground moment increased from small to large for five athletes;the change in Xie Zhenye’s ankle angle between vertical moment and off-ground moment was smaller.(7)In the sprint running stage,Xie Zhenye had a slight deformation in his technical movements and did not fully relax to bring his sprinting skills into full play.At the final pressure line,Xie Zhenye’s torso was at an angle of 53.5°with the horizontal plane.Research conclusion :(1)Xie Zhenye is in his prime age,200 m performance still has a lot of room to rise.(2)Xie Zhenye’s bending technology still has more room for improvement.Therefore,it is suggested that Xie Zhenye focus on the improvement of the bend running technology in future training,and the sprint running technology as an auxiliary practice.(3)Xie Zhenye is suitable to win with high stride frequency.Xie Zhenye is recommended to increase the practice of stride frequency in the future training,to increase the stride frequency as the focus of special training.(4)In the starting phase,the difference between Xie Zhenye and the world’s best 200 m runners in terms of starting body key angle is not much,which is more reasonable,but there is the disadvantage of too fast upper body elevation and slower in starting reaction.(5)acceleration running phase,Xie Zhenye is stepping type of running,the size of the legs folded amplitude is small,and the support leg is not fully effective stretching and contraction,and finally make the acceleration increase slowly,the speed dropped significantly.(6)During the en route running stage,Xie Zhenye’s stretching strength is relatively small and the degree of force in the backstroke stage is relatively small,and the backstroke force is not sufficient.Xie Zhenye opened his knee angle too early as he increased his running distance.In the moment of leaving the ground,Xie Zhenye’s swing leg’s forward swing is reasonable and sufficient,which has a positive impact on Xie Zhenye’s improvement of horizontal speed and increase of stride length.(7)In the sprint running phase,Xie Zhenye better adopted the sprint technique.However,the angle between Xie Zhenye’s torso and the horizontal plane decreased too fast,which eventually led to the uncoordinated conversion of his sprint running phase.It is suggested that Xie Zhenye should conduct more training on relaxation techniques and psychological quality in future training,and pay more attention to the start time and amplitude of the upper body leaning forward in the process of connecting the sprint run and the pressure line,so that it can be more gentle and natural.
