Preschool education is the starting education of a persons life,and also an important part of basic education.Preschool teachers are also one of the main subjects of preschool education.Therefore,the degree of job satisfaction of preschool teachers also affects the quality of a day's teaching work.In this study,preschool teachers in C district public kindergartens of Mongolia as the main body,there are nine individual background factors: gender,age,education,work years,marital status,class category,kindergarten nature,wage and establishment.There are five factors of job satisfaction is set up as job itself,work environment,further promotion,remuneration,manag-ement.Through the personal background factors and job satisfaction factors,the job satisfaction of kindergartens at all levels in C district public kindergartens of Mongolia was comprehensively analyzed.With Teachers' Job Satisfaction Questionnaire compiled by Lv Guoguang from Education Science Institute in Northwest Normal University,396 questionnaires were sent out,and 375 recollected.Among them,there were 21 invalid questionnaires and 375 valid questionnaires.The research comes to the following conclusion according to the findings:Firstly,the overall satisfaction level is mainly "higher in the middle".According to the comprehensive survey results,the satisfaction of the public kindergarten teachers in the C area of Mongolia is at a medium satisfaction level.The satisfaction of "work itself" is the highest,the "work environment" and "garden head" have reached the level of "middle high",the "progression promotion" has reached the "middle level",and the satisfaction with work compensation is "Low" level.Secondly,different personal background factors have different effects on Teachers' job satisfaction.Teachers' gender and marital status have a significant impact on the "promotion of further education".Teachers' educational level has a significant impact on "job reward".Thirdly,According to the results of questionnaire survey and interview,the most significant factor affecting the satisfaction of public kindergarten teachers in the C area of Mongolia is the level of kindergarten and the preparation of the kindergarten.Fourthly,Based on the results of investigation and interviews,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in C district public kindergarten of Mongolia from the government and relevant departments,kindergarten leaders and teachers themselves.
