Study An The Learning And Application Basketball Rules By CUBA Female Basketball Players

At present,basketball is popularized and developed all over the world.Basketball rules are the codes of conduct on the court and unify and standardize the technical movements on the court.It is very important for CUBA Chinese college women basketball players to have a thorough understanding of the basketball rules.The understanding of the rules by women basketball players is only superficial,and there is no systematic and in-depth grasp,which limits the improvement of the team’s competitive level.This paper takes the players of 12 women’s basketball teams in Sichuan CUBA first-class league as the research object,and through the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot observation,discusses the problems and deficiencies in the team’s basketball rule learning and competition application,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.To provide a direction for the development of the team,so that the team can combine its own characteristics and the spirit of basketball rules for training,and can fully and reasonably use the basketball rules in the competition.Through the study on the learning and application of basketball rules by women basketball players in the first-class league of CUBA in Sichuan province,the results are as follows:1.Sichuan CUBA Women’s Basketball League I players do not pay enough attention to the learning of basketball rules,and their mastery of the rules is limited.The efficiency of using professional basketball-related materials is not very high,and the effect of learning basketball rules by self-study alone is not obvious.2.Sichuan CUBA Women’s Basketball League I players have a single way to learn basketball rules.At present,it is mainly taught by coaches in class.Few players will watch videos to learn.3.The players in Sichuan CUBA Women’s Basketball First Class League did not have a detailed knowledge of the revised basketball rules.Through questionnaire analysis and on-the-spot observation of the match,most of the players did not have a clear understanding of the revised basketball rules and did not carry out targeted rule training,which resulted in the unreasonable application in the match.4.The players in the first-class women’s basketball league in CUBA,Sichuan Province,did not use the basketball rules well enough in the competition.They committed many fouls and violations at critical moments,did not understand the rules properly,and did not study and study them carefully in normal times.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are put forward:1.The management departments of colleges and universities should pay more attention to it and require coaches to take an active part in training,learn the latest basketball rules,and include learning and mastering the rules in the daily training so as to attract the attention of the players.2.Players should fully understand the importance of learning basketball rules,and regularly invite senior basketball referees or experts in basketball to answer their questions.3.In combination with the characteristics of basketball techniques and tactics in training,coaches should be familiar with the spirit and purpose of each basketball rule modification,help players understand these rules,and carry out targeted training on the modification of basketball rules to innovate and improve basketball techniques and tactics.4.The coach led the players to make self-summary after the match,mainly aiming at the mistakes,fouls and violations caused by the incomprehension of the rules on the field,focusing on analyzing the reasons and making reasonable use in the future matches.
