| Research purpose: The excellent performance of basketball players in competition and daily training mainly depends on their special physical quality,psychological quality,technical and tactical level,etc.Functional training is a popular training method in recent years,which has had a positive impact on competitive sports training.At present,the application of basketball players in CUBA secondary League in functional training is very few,and the relevant research is also less.The basketball team of Jinzhong College of Information has won the championship of Shanxi provincial grass-roots competition for two consecutive times in CUBA secondary League,and won the sixth place in the North District in the divisional competition.Taking the basketball team of Jinzhong College of Information as the research object has certain representativeness.Based on this,through the functional movement screening,physical fitness test and special skill test of basketball players in Jinzhong College of Information,this study finds out the problems existing in the athletes’ movement mode and the weak links of the body,designs a targeted functional training plan,and helps the athletes to establish a correct movement mode and improve their physical fitness and sports ability through scientific training means and methods,It lays a foundation for them to achieve excellent results in the CUBA secondary League,and also provides a theoretical basis for athletes to conduct more scientific training.Research methods: using the experimental methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper combines the functional training methods and contents with the characteristics of basketball events,designs a functional training plan,carries out 8-week functional training intervention for the athletes participating in the second cascade of CUBA in Jinzhong college of Information,tests the selected indicators before and after the intervention,and analyzes the test results,To verify the promoting effect of functional training on improving the special sports ability of basketball players in CUBA secondary League.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of functional training,the total score of the athletes’ FMS test was raised to 16.53.Among them,the scores of squat,trunk stability push down,hurdle step,straight line lunge and shoulder flexibility were increased by 15.81%,19.74%,11.16%,17.60% and 13.75% respectively compared with those before the experiment(p<0.05,p<0.01).Although there was no significant difference in the other two indicators(p>0.05),their mean values were increased.(2)After 8 weeks of functional training,the athletes’ performance in standing long jump,pull-up,21 meter(3/4 of the whole court)sprint,restricted area sensitivity test and sitting body flexion test was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment(p<0.01,p<0.05),15 meters x There was no significant difference in turn back run test(p>0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of functional training,the players’ half-time v-dribble layup and passing distance test scores were significantly higher than those before the experiment(p<0.05,p<0.01),while there was no significant difference in the test scores of 1min self shooting and self grabbing shooting(p>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)From the perspective of functional movement screening,it is confirmed that functional training has a positive impact on promoting basketball players in CUBA secondary League to establish correct movement patterns and enhance muscle strength,stability and joint mobility.At the same time,it can promote the balanced development of muscle groups in the whole body,which may improve the physical quality and special skills of basketball players.(2)From the perspective of special physical quality,functional training helps to improve the strength and flexibility of athletes’ upper and lower limbs,and enhances the explosive power,speed and sensitivity of athletes,but it has no obvious effect on the improvement of endurance quality.(3)From the perspective of special skills,functional training enhances the transmission efficiency of athletes’ whole body power chain and optimizes the weak chain of the body.Functional training integrates the whole body movements on the basis of constructing the correct movement mode,which can be well applied to the performance of basketball special movements.Through the coordination of various muscle groups and joints,the passing strength,shooting stability and the combination ability of people and the ball of basketball players in Cuba secondary league are significantly improved. |
