Literacy and Writing Teaching plays an important role in Chinese Teaching during the primary school,"Chinese Curriculum Standards For Compulsory Education(2011 Edition)" clearly points out that "literacy and writing are the basis of reading and writing,the focus of teaching in the first learning period and the important teaching content throughout the whole compulsory education stage.As beginning of the Nine-Year compulsory education,the Preliminary Stage is the key period for students to develop good literacy and writing habits,and it is the golden period for students to develop their interest in literacy and writing,and expand their literacy.Therefore,Literacy teaching and writing should be paid more attention.It is urgent to standardize literacy and writing teaching and improve teaching quality.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which is discussed from the research origin,research status,research significance and research methods.The second part discusses the theoretical basis and the necessity of Literacy and Writing Teaching in preliminary stage.The third part is the investigation and problem analysis of the current situation of Literacy and Writing,taking three primary schools in Tangshan city as the investigation objects in order to understand the problems in Literacy and Writing Teaching.It is found that there are some problems in the teaching of Literacy and Writing,such as,lacking of interest cultivation method,unitary teaching method and unscientific practice method,on theoretical analysis of typo and lacking of standardization of evaluation system etc.The fourth part aims at the problems and the fifth part puts the above strategies into teaching practice.After a semester of teaching experiments,the teaching effect is tested and the countermeasures are proved to be feasible.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the application of the above countermeasures can better achieve the teaching objectives,cultivate student's interest in Literacy and Writing,improve the efficiency of practice,reduce the rate of repeated typo,and finally improve the teaching quality of literacy and writing in the primary school,which is worthy of application and promotion.
