Under the background of the rapid development of Internet education in the information age,network information technology provides a broader platform for the development of education.As the product of the information age,flipping classroom teaching model has become a hot spot in the field of education.It aims at ability training,which is a kind of online education for students by means of network information platform before class.In class,focus on collaborative inquiry,interactive communication,promote knowledge internalization.After-school knowledge consolidation education model.It breaks the existing physical education teaching environment and teaching mode,conforms to the development trend of educational information,and provides a new development direction for the research of physical education teaching.Forehand flip as In the case of limited total school hours,the students' learning effect is still not ideal,although the teachers spend a lot of time teaching in the case of limited total school hours.Therefore,in order to adapt to the development trend of the sports education reform,to improve the teaching quality of the front-hand turn-over action,to train the students' interest in learning and to improve the self-learning ability of the students,a turning-over classroom teaching mode is introduced in the teaching of the front-hand turn-over action.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment,mathematical analysis and so on,this paper makes an experimental study on the effect of turning over classroom teaching mode in the teaching of forehand rollover movement,and makes an experimental study on the application effect of the model in the teaching of forehand roll movement.A total of 29 students of Grade 2017 Tennis 9 and 8 Tennis majors of Wuhan Institute of physical Education were selected as the experimental objects.The learning quality and interest in the forehand roll movement between the two teaching models were proved to be positive reversal classroom teaching model and traditional teaching model.The difference of teaching effect among the three aspects of autonomous learning ability.The study found that:(1)The flipping classroom teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode in improving the learning quality of the students' forehand roll movement.There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the distribution of the technical test results of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(2)Flipping classroom teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching mode in cultivating students' interest in learning.The integration of modern information technology into the teaching of forehand roll movement provides students with a novel multi-form learning mode and creates a new environment of ubiquitous learning,which learners can learn everywhere,and can be learned all the time.It satisfies different students' different interest orientation and knowledge seeking psychology,and improves students' study interest effectively.(3)Flipping classroom teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching mode in cultivating students' autonomous learning ability.Flipping classroom teaching mode provides students with the platform of autonomous learning,active learning,problem finding and problem solving,arousing students' desire for knowledge and improving students' autonomous learning ability.
