With the popularity of the Internet,educational informatization has been paid more and more attention."Flipped classroom" created and attracted the attention of the global education community under such a good opportunity.It became a popular classroom teaching reform.However,flipped classroom,as a new teaching mode,is obviously laggard behind other disciplines in our country.Therefore,this study will combine the mode of flipped classroom with the teaching of table tennis,and this teaching mode is explored by practical research,which in the teaching effort of table tennis teaching in college physical education,namely it influences students’ physical quality,basic techniques of table tennis sports,cooperative learning ability and autonomous learning ability in sports.It provides reference for the application and popularization of flipped classroom in university sports technique in teaching.This study uses literature method,survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.And this study conducted two rounds of teaching research respectively in two schools in two periods of time(Binzhou University sports institute sports education specialized 2016-2017 second semester,Henan University sports college physical education 2017-2018 first semester).Two classes were randomly selected for each round of experiments,one as the experimental class and the other as the control class.The experimental class used flipped classroom teaching mode,the control class used traditional teaching mode of physical education.After 32 hours of teaching experiments,the results of the two rounds of experiments are analyzed and discussed in detail.The following conclusions are drawn.(1)The use of flipped classroom teaching in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities in this experiment has improved the physical fitness of students,can improve the speed of students’ sliding step,the flexibility of wrist ropes,and the coordination of upper and lower limbs.Coordination.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching model,flipping the classroom teaching model is more conducive to improving students’ physical quality and developing students’ upper and lower limb strength,speed,agility,and coordination.(2)The use of flipped classroom teaching in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities in this experiment has improved the individual skills and combined skills of the students’ tabletennis.It can promote the improvement of the quality and quantity of students’ table tennis skills.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,flipping the classroom teaching mode is more conducive to the improvement of students’ basic level of table tennis skills,including the improvement of the technical standards of table tennis and the achievement of technical evaluation.(3)The use of flipped classroom teaching in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities in this experiment has improved the student’s self-study ability in physical education,including the active change of learning motivation,the improvement of autonomy in the learning process,and autonomy in any learning environment.Increased learning ability.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching model,flipping the classroom teaching model is more conducive to the improvement of students’ ability of self-study in physical education.(4)The use of flipped classroom teaching in the physical education teaching of colleges and universities in this experiment has little influence on students’ ability of cooperative learning in sports,and there is no significant difference before and after teaching.There is no significant difference in the students’ cooperative learning ability in the traditional physical education teaching mode and the flipped classroom teaching model.That is to say,the two teaching modes have little effect on students’ cooperative learning ability.
