Research On Outsourcing Operation Mode Of City Community Swimming Pool

With the improvement of people's requirements for quality of life,urban community swimming pool has become an indispensable sports facility in urban community construction.However,due to the long-term poor operation and lack of relevant professionals,a large number of urban community swimming pools are in a state of loss or even long-term idleness.At the same time,the research theory of urban community swimming pool is insufficient and empirical research is scarce,which is for me.The reform and continuous development of the operation mode of community swimming pools in Chinese cities have put forward urgent needs.By investigating the mode of outsourcing operation of urban community swimming pools,this paper grasps the current situation of outsourcing operation of urban community swimming pools and makes an analysis and summary to provide reference for outsourcing operation of urban community swimming pools in other areas.At the same time,it supplements the research on the outsourcing operation mode of urban community swimming pools to serve the urban community residents.By using the methods of documentation,investigation,data analysis,logical analysis and experts interview,this paper studies the outsourcing operation mode of community swimming pools in Hangzhou and Fuyang,taking eight community swimming pools in Hangzhou and Fuyang as the objects of investigation.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Urban community swimming pool management projects and propaganda methods are relatively single,lack of innovation.The main factors affecting profitability are weather,geographical location and so on.(2)The outsourcing of swimming pools in urban communities needs to face many risks,including weather,personal injury and drowning.At the same time,the harmonious coexistence of property owners and outsourcing operators is also the key to outsourcing operations.(3)SWOT analysis shows that outsourcing operation of urban community swimming pools enjoys the advantages of property expectation and owner's willingness,and faces the opportunities with broad market prospects.It also needs to pay attention to potential threats such as poor site,high owner's requirements,safety and health problems.(4)More and more urban communities will be equipped with swimming pools.Under the operating costs and economic pressures,outsourcing is a suitable mode of operation.At the same time,there are many problems that need to be solved urgently.Recommendation:(1)Operators should further refine their marketing strategies,divide more refined target markets,and then achieve their success in commercial marketing.At the same time,they should pay attention to the construction of diversified marketing modes,with commodities,prices,employees and other characteristics as the starting point of marketing strategies,so as to achieve the strategic objectives of operational differentiated marketing.(2)Urban community owners and property should obey the law of market economy development,reuse the community swimming pools in idle state,and fully integrate into the outsourcing operation of urban community swimming pools with the guidance of serving the public.
