Factors And Countermeasures Analysis Of Influence Of Shanghai City Xuhui District No Pool Schools Swimming Teaching

No pool schools swimming teaching by the common restriction and the influence of many factors, based on the previous literatures sorted out 17 possible factors of no pool school swimming teaching influence, In order to clarify the influence of different factors on the influence of the pool schools swimming teaching, the introduction of AHP to evaluate, obtains 9 key influencing factors. The order as:the degree of safety of swimming teaching (0.2000)> cooperation social forces (0.1867)> pools (0.1861)> human resources (0.1773)> Administrative Management (0.1745)> curriculum design, planning (0.1718)> policy support situation (0.1694)> teaching funds (0.1690) "the degree of attention of School Leadership (0.1579).2. From the impact of specific factors to carry out the pool without school swimming teaching see:in the school aspect, swimming, swimming lifeguards professional teachers lack lack of widespread phenomenon; in the aspect of administration, nearly half of the school will not be swimming for the school-based curriculum of PE teachers; in the leadership attention, most of the leaders attach importance to the swimming teaching degree is not high. In the social aspect, cooperation in social forces, established a perfect cooperation system, strict contract management; the implementation of strict qualification examination and admission system in venues, swimming training unit bearing swimming venue conditions are better; the supporting policies, introduced the specific implementation measures, strengthen organization and leadership, establish from service platform, strengthen supervision and evaluation three aspects to promote the smooth development of the swimming teaching. In the family aspect, many parents of the children in learning to swim is safe in doubt.3. According to the investigation without carrying out the pool school swimming teaching in Xuhui District, the author thinks that the Promoting Countermeasures of non school swimming teaching pool can take the following six aspects, namely:one is to perfect the management system, strengthen policy guidance; two is the strict access management, strengthen safety supervision; three is to improve the level of awareness, improve the administrative management the four is optimized; the curriculum, the implementation of hierarchical teaching; the five is to broaden the sources of funding, enlarge the investment; the six is to strengthen the training of teachers, improve the teaching ability.
