| With the abundant material conditions,obesity has become a prominent issue in the public eye,which has caused problems in life style.In order to get rid of obesity and get rid of excess fat,obese people improve their problems through various ways.To achieve a good effect of reducing fat,we need to consider a variety of factors,which is the result of a combination of factors.As one of the three big bells,pot bells have obvious influence on the flexibility,coordination,agility and balance of the body.Combining scientific and reasonable sports methods and methods,pot bells are trained to develop human muscles,enhance physical strength,improve body shape and cultivate sentiment.Therefore,through potbell resistance training combined with a variety of elements,a set of potbell resistance training set is created to achieve good fat reduction effect and solve the problem that has plagued obese people for a long time.In this study,the creation of resistance training set of kettle bells is taken as the research object,and non-sports majors in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education are taken as the experimental objects to analyze whether the changes of various indicators before and after the experiment have statistical significance.The comprehensive research methods such as documentation,expert interview and consultation,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics were used.1.After twelve weeks of resistance training of kettle bell for fat reduction,the body composition mass index,body fat percentage,basic metabolism,skeletal muscle and other body components of the subjects have changed.There are also different changes for different genders,which is very helpful for the reduction of body fat content in women.Comprehensive comparison is relatively more obvious for the change of skeletal muscle of male students.Obvious.2.After 12 weeks of resistance training of kettle bell for fat reduction,it can effectively reduce the circumference of obese people,reduce the thickness of sebum in waist,buttock,thigh and other parts of the subjects,especially for women,the reduction of waist circumference is more obvious than for boys,improve body shape,and build a healthy and healthy body.In addition,each person’s weight has been reduced to varying degrees,effectively reducing the weight of the subjects in the experiment.3.After twelve weeks of potbell resistance training set for fat reduction,the physiological function of the subjects was improved.Through experimental analysis,the potbell resistance training set created had a certain impact on vital capacity and cardiopulmonary function.After the experiment,both male and female students’ vital capacity and cardiopulmonary function were greatly improved,and the expected effect was achieved.The creation of the resistance training set of kettle bells for fat reduction can be used as an effective way to reduce fat and control the body weight of the subjects.It can be further promoted and widely used in the field of fitness. |
