ObjectiveWith the increasing work and academic pressure faced by young people,the living habits of sedentary and over nutrition have greatly affected the health of young people,and the diseases of hyperlipidemia and hypertension caused by the increase of body fat rate are becoming younger.In view of this phenomenon,this paper selects 60 young men and women whose body fat rate exceeds the normal range but not to the degree of obesity in Tianjin vicote fitness for a period of 16 weeks of resistance training combined with aerobic exercise intervention,in order to explore the impact of different combination methods on young people's fat reduction effect,and achieve the purpose of scientific and efficient fat reduction.MethodsA total of 60 men(30 males and 30 females)aged 19 to 25 years old were selected from the Vico special fitness club in Tianjin.After that,the male and female subjects were divided into experimental group(Advanced resistance training and aerobic exercise),group two(aerobic exercise was first carried out resistance training)and control group(except for gymnastics in the gym,except barbell exercises),20 people in each group.Before the experiment,the related indexes of fat loss were tested,including body shape(height,weight,arm circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference,buttock circumference,BMI),body composition(body fat rate,skeletal muscle,body water,visceral fat grade,subcutaneous fat),basic metabolism and muscle strength,and the experiment intervention lasted for 16 weeks.After the experiment,the The indexes related to fat loss were tested,the test method was unchanged,and the test results before and after were compared.ResultsAfter 16 weeks of experimental intervention(1)in terms of body shape,the weight,BMI,thigh circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference of the male and female experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.01),and the male and female experimental group had significant difference compared with the two groups(P < 0.05).The arm circumference of the male experimental group increased,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);the arm circumference of the control group decreased.The arm circumference of the female experimental group and the control group decreased,and the decrease range of the experimental group was better than that of the experimental group and the control group.(2)In terms of body composition,there were significant differences in body fat rate,visceral fat grade and subcutaneous fat reduction between the male and female experimental groups compared with the control group(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences between the male and female experimental groups compared with the two groups(P < 0.05).The water content of skeletal muscle and body in the first group and the second group of male and female experiment was increased,and the increase of water content in the first group of male and female experiment was significantly different from that in the second group(P < 0.05).The water content of skeletal muscle and body in male and female control group was lower than that before the experiment.(3)In the aspect of basic metabolism,the growth rate of male and female experimental group and control group was higher than that of experimental group and control group,and there was significant difference compared with experimental group and control group(P < 0.05).(4)In terms of muscle strength,the male and female experimental groups increased significantly,but there was no significant difference between the first and the second experimental groups(P > 0.05),which was highly significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.01)Conclusion 1.Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise is helpful to improve the body shape of young men and women.The "resistance training + aerobic exercise" training method adopted by the male and female experimental group has the most significant effect on the body shape.Among them,the arm circumference of male experimental group increased,while that of female experimental group decreased.2.Resistance training combined with aerobic exercise is helpful to improve the body composition of young men and women.The "resistance training + aerobic exercise" training method adopted by the male and female experimental group has the most significant effect on the body composition.3.Under the influence of regular training,the basic metabolism of the male and female experimental group and the control group increased,but the increase of the experimental group with resistance training was more obvious.4.In the fat reduction training,the different combination methods of resistance training and aerobic exercise had no significant effect on the improvement of muscle strength of male and female subjects after the experiment.
