Research purposes:Hypoxic cycle resistance training is a potential effective way to reduce fat.The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of moderate-intensity cyclic resistance training on body composition and related parameters of blood lipid metabolism in middle-altitude hypoxia for 6 weeks and to explore the feasibility of hypobaric circulation resistance training as a method of reducing fat and controlling body weight Sex.Research methods:22 male college students whitch are overweight volunteer to participate in the experiment.The subjects were randomly divided into normoxia group(n = 10),hypoxia group(n = 12),the two groups of subjects were subjected to the same cycle of resistance training.Among them,normoxic group(NCR)was trained in normoxia environment(FiO2 = 21%),hypoxia group(HCR)was trained in simulated hypoxia environment with altitude of 2500m(FiO2 = 15.4%).Training for 6 weeks,twice a week.Training content for the three groups of 6 cycles of resistance training cycle(cycle one,including bench press,squat,inclined plate horizontal pull;cycle two,including sitting shoulder push,deadlift,standing elbow flexion).Training intensity of 70% 1RM,each action repeated 10 times.Subjects were monitored for heart rate,oxygen saturation,and subjective sensory exercise load rating(RPE)during the first and last sessions of training.Before and after the test body composition and maximum strength.Before and after the first and last training venous blood samples were drawn four blood tests,epinephrine,norepinephrine,irisin and EPOC measurements.Research result: 1,NCR,HCR can reduce body weight,body fat percentage and fat weight,and increase muscle content,but the two programs on the body composition of no difference.2,NCR,HCR can significantly improve strength levels,of which NCR is more beneficial to improve the squat,and HCR to improve the tension and elbow flexion more favorable.3,NCR,HCR can significantly increase EPOC after exercise,the first training HCR than NCR can improve EPOC after exercise,but after long-term training there is no difference between the two.4,HCR,NCR all can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,but will also reduce high-density lipoprotein.HCR on blood lipid four are not as good as NCR.5,the first training NCR than HCR can improve 3min after exercise adrenergic and norepinephrine,but long-term training after the two did not difference.HCR vs.NCR is harmful to both adrenaline and norepinephrine in the early morning and early morning after six weeks.HCR and NCR had no effect on the concentration of irisin 3 minutes after exercise in the first training,but the value of iris prime after exercise was probably higher than that of NCR.after 6 weeks of training,HCR,NCR early iris iris decreased,but NCR better than HCR.Research conclusion: The effect of hypoxic cycle resistance training is not better than that of the normal oxygen cycle resistance training.There was no difference in the effects of the two components on body composition,but the improvement of blood lipid in normoxia group was better than hypoxia,and the improvement of small muscle strength in hypoxia group was better than that in normoxic group.
