| Pregnancy is an important period in a woman’s life,and it is the carrier of the whole life cycle of the healthy Chinese population.Limited exercise during pregnancy and high incidence of adverse symptoms make the health status of pregnant women attention,scientific exercise during pregnancy is beneficial to maternal and child health has become a conventional consensus.The condition of the fetus in the second trimester is relatively stable,which is the appropriate period to receive exercise intervention.Yoga,with its characteristics of slow movement and slow rhythm,is favored by women and suitable for female exercise in the second trimester.Therefore,based on the development goal of pregnant women’s health,this study aims to combine the physiological characteristics of women in the second trimester,exercise needs and characteristics of yoga programs,to improve the health and symptoms of women in the second trimester as the guidance,to create a set of yoga movements in the second trimester,to provide a good alternative exercise program for women in the second trimester.In this study,a complete set of yoga movements in the second trimester of pregnancy was taken as the research object,and literature,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire,testing and mathematical statistics were used for the research.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.There is a high incidence of adverse symptoms in the second trimester,which are related to lack of movement.Pregnant women have a high willingness to exercise,but limited by exercise mode,exercise knowledge and other factors,pregnant women exercise in a single way,insufficient amount of exercise.Pregnancy yoga is popular with pregnant women who want to exercise and benefit from it in a safe place such as a hospital.2.The creation and preparation of yoga poses in the second trimester follow the principles of safety,comprehensiveness,suitability,science and pertinence.Based on the physical characteristics of pregnant women,characteristics of yoga programs and exercise guidelines during pregnancy,the aim is to meet the healthy development,comprehensive development and acceptance of preferences of pregnant women.It is completed in five steps:objective and task establishment,movement elements collection and screening,basic structure design,music selection and adaptation,and creation and integration.3.The practice of yoga in the second trimester of pregnancy is smooth and effective in Beijing Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital,which has been recognized by experts and pregnant women.Exercise time,exercise load and capacity consumption all reached the expected target.No discomfort symptoms appeared before and after the test,and there was no significant difference in fetal heart. |
