In view of the relative lag of the current research on physical education teachers 'classroom instruction behavior,the lack of empirical data support for physical education teachers ' classroom instruction behavior and the problems of the knowledge system and methods of teaching skills training in physical education curriculum are obsolete.At the same time,the classroom teaching analysis theory and classroom observation theory system gradually developed mature,the practice exploration in other disciplines is successful.In view of the particularity of physical education,it is urgent to construct the "Physical Education Teachers' Teaching Behavior Scale" by using classroom observation method.Depending on observing,summarizing and refining the teaching behavior characteristics of excellent physical education teachers,it can provide the standard that can be used for reference in physical education teacher education and training,promote the professional development of physical education teachers,and it is of practical significance to deepen“sports and health”curriculum reform in fundamental education.Based on the "Physical Education Teachers' Teaching Behavior Scale" and the classroom observation technology,this paper takes the video of high-quality class that was displayed in the 7th National Exhibition of Excellent Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Schools as the analysis object,records and analyses the specific teaching behavior of physical education teachers participating in the National Exhibition of Excellent Physical Education Classes,and extracts the characteristics of classroom teaching behavior of excellent primary and secondary school teachers.This study further enriches the teaching methods of physical education and provides a measuring tool for the analysis of physical education teaching behavior.At the same time,it not only explores a new paradigm for the later physical education teaching,but also lays a solid foundation for the training and upgrading of physical education teachers' teaching ability and promoting the professional development of physical education teachers.The conclusions are as follows:1.Based on the theory of teaching behavior analysis,we can draw lessons from the theoretical and practical results of teaching behavior research in related disciplines.Combining with the characteristics of sports discipline itself,the study of physicaleducation classroom teaching behavior can analyze and construct the " Physical Education Teachers' Teaching Behavior Scale " from two perspectives of teaching language behavior and teaching action behavior,and explore the common characteristics of physical education teachers' classroom teaching behavior participating in national high-quality physical education classes exhibition activities from specific observation points.2.Physical education teachers participating in the exhibition activities of national high-quality physical education classes show four characteristics in the course of classroom teaching: plain and direct narration,questioning,directive and command,encouraging and stimulating.The teaching content is closely linked to the progress,and the timing of the explanation is accurately grasped.Language behavior types are various and abundant.The teachers are good at rational and efficient use of body language,whistle-assisted language explanation,and the password is accurate,short,powerful,full of passion and appeal.They pay attention to the interaction with students in the process of classroom teaching,and create a positive classroom atmosphere.3.In the course of classroom teaching of physical education teachers participating in the exhibition activities of national high-quality physical education classes,their teaching action behavior is shown through the tight combination of physical education teachers' own action demonstration,students' cooperation demonstration and courseware demonstration assistance.In the process of self-demonstration,physical education teachers emphasize the combination of key demonstration,correct and wrong contrastive demonstration and slow repetitive demonstration.At the same time,choosing the right demonstration position and direction,integrating the complete and decomposed demonstration with the front,back and level demonstration,as well as the conventional horizontal and vertical formations,the special circular arc sector formations and other temporary formations,the accurate,coherent and scientific demonstration presents teaching actions,and stimulates students' participation and learning initiative.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the growth of young physical education teachers and improve their classroom teaching behavior.
