| College students physical health education is an important part of college education,although with the development of society and progress of our living standards have been improving,but contemporary college students physical health level is not optimistic.In order to improve the level of physical health of college students,the state sports department issued a series of documents to strongly support college students to strengthen physical exercise,and put forward new requirements for the way of exercise and fitness to keep pace with The Times.As an elective course for college students,aerobics is more and more popular among students.However,in the long-term course teaching,the teaching content and means are relatively simple,especially the content and practice method of students’ upper body strength training are still defective.In order to solve these problems,this study created a set of elastic resistance band aerobics,combining aerobic exercise with strength exercise,aiming to explore the impact of elastic resistance band aerobics on college students,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for the creation and development of other light equipment aerobics.This text USES the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics,according to the theory of setting-up exercise programs have created a set of elastic belt resistance movements,through the teaching experiment to explore its body shape,body function and physical quality of students and the influence of the interest in learning,the elastic belt resistance calisthenics choreographing and application effect are discussed.The main conclusions are as follows:1.According to the design principles of unity of safety and health,vitality,overall coordination,enjoyment,convenience and self-weight training,the creation elements of resistance aerobics with elastic belt are designed.It is concluded that a set of body movements with the coordination of equipment movements,the smooth transfer of pushing force on the straight arm shoulder,the control of the resistance of the waist and abdomen rotation and the stability of the body balance control have the characteristics of resistance resistance resistance belt aerobics.2.After the experiment,the upper arm relaxation circumference and lower leg circumference in the experimental group were significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.01),while the weight,thigh circumference,waist circumference and hip circumference were significantly different(P<0.05),while the height and chest circumference were not significantly different before and after the experiment.The body weight,thigh circumference,calf circumference and hip circumference of the control group had significantdifference(P< 0.05).3.After the experiment,the lung capacity of the experimental group was increased by122.58 ml,while that of the control group was increased by 45.29 ml.After the comparison and analysis of the test results of lung capacity of the two groups,the results showed that there was a significant difference(P< 0.05),indicating that the application of resistance aerobics with elastic band could exercise students’ respiratory system and effectively improve students’ physical function.4.After the experiment the experimental group in the physical quality in addition to 800 meters and ZuoWeiTi proneness has no obvious change(P﹥0.05),and other indicators are changed,the right hand grip strength increased 1.75 kg and 2.41 kg respectively,foot balance to fell by 1.25 times and 1.17 times respectively,a minute sit-ups and push-ups raised 1.69 and 1.52,respectively,standing long jump increase by 0.04 m,a reverse layup ABCD decreased by 1.09 seconds.After the experiment,only standing long jump,push-up and ABCD double jump were improved significantly in the control group(P< 0.05).5.According to the study interest scale filled out by students,the study interest score of the experimental group increased by 11.457 points,while that of the control group increased by 5.086 points.The difference between the two groups was 6.371 points,showing a significant difference(p< 0.01).6.Through the discussion on the application effect of resistance aerobics with elastic band in week 16,it is concluded that its advantage lies in enhancing students’ initiative of strength exercise,making students’ exercise methods more diverse and the improvement of students’ learning interest.The disadvantage is that the movement structure needs to be further optimized,the difficulty of the movement needs to be considered.In the future teaching application,we should pay attention to the effective combination of body movements and elastic and apparatus movements to show the resistance flexibility and the reasonable control of difficult movements.We should take students as the main body,give play to their subjective initiative,and avoid sports injuries and safety accidents under the condition of reasonable course arrangement. |
