Hubei Province Gymnastics Teaching Contents In The Common Course Of Physical Education Into Daily Life

During his visit to Peking University on May 2,2018,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "our education should cultivate socialist builders and successors who are well developed morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically and physically".However,for a long time,the education problems of neglecting morality,being weak in health and beauty,and lacking in hard work have led to the decline of students' physique and the inadequacy of their life and survival ability,and have become an important shortcoming that restricts students' overall development.In this context,it is an important measure to promote the "all-round development of human beings" to combine the subject teaching content with the daily life of students and explore the "lifelike" connotation of the subject content.Physical education major in colleges and universities is an important base for training physical education teachers.The teaching content of gymnastics general course in physical education major is based on the current situation of students' declining constitution and lack of life ability,and life education runs through the process of gymnastics general course teaching.This paper explores the life factors in the teaching content of gymnastics general course,and connects the teaching content with the students' life closely through the teaching methods such as exploration and cooperation.On the basis of the students' mastering the due skills,it cultivates the students' life survival consciousness and ability,guides the students to integrate into the life,and improves the students' life significance and life value.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical analysis and other research methods,this paper studied the teaching content of the general course of gymnastics(hereinafter referred to as the general course of gymnastics)in physical education major of colleges and universities in Hubei province.Taking the opportunity of "the7th Hubei provincial gymnastics teaching championship of sports colleges and departments in Hubei province in 2018",taking the teaching content of gymnastics for general physical education major in Hubei province as the research object,this paper investigated the current situation of the teaching content of gymnastics for general physical education in Hubei province in daily life,and proposed the implementation strategies based on the current situation.The research held that:(1)In Hubei province in the common course for the gymnastics teaching content into daily life conform to the trend of education return to life,to fully exploit the teaching content of the value of life,survival ability,develop the students' life at the same time,the development of Hubei province gymnastics has the certain basis,in the common course for the specification of Hubei province sports education professional gymnastics teaching content into daily life is necessary and feasible.(2)In the common course for the sports education professional gymnastics teaching content is rich,it contains a lot of life skills,able to bind to student life,but did not highlight the teaching contents in the teaching content of life.Hubei province gymnastics class the implementation of the teaching content into daily life,although there is a certain foundation,but is still restricted by various factors,to carry out the current situation is not optimistic.(3)The implementation of the Hubei province gymnastics teaching content into daily life in the common course has direct link with the activities of the teachers.Teachers should play the initiative,is clear about the teaching aim of life,updating the teaching idea of life,highlight the practicability of teaching contents,optimizing teaching method,improve the class rating content to improve the implementation of the gymnastics teaching content into daily life in the common course for the degree,promote the development of Hubei province gymnastics.
