Since the United States government put forward the "information superhighway plan" in the1990 s,people have paid more and more attention to the informatization of education.The newly issued "education informatization 2.0 action plan" also emphasizes the implementation of digital resource service popularization,and the realization of the popularization and application of digital education resources.As an important part of education,informationized teaching resources are the cornerstone of informationization and modernization in education.The current problems in the construction of informationized teaching resources are mainly manifested as resource fragmentation,"island phenomenon",uneven quality of resources,and few high-quality resources to truly meet the teaching needs of teachers and students' independent learning needs.In order to realize the deep integration of information technology and education and achieve the set teaching objectives,it is necessary to design and develop information-based teaching resources suitable for teachers and students to "teach" and "learn" based on the actual teaching and the needs of teachers and students.On the basis of consulting literature and materials,the author summarizes the development process of educational informatization,the role of informational teaching resources in educational informatization construction,and the status quo of informational teaching resources construction.Based on hybrid teaching theory,constructivism theory,cognitive load theory and the ADDIE model theory of instructional design,the author adopts methods of analysis such as literature research,design research and interview.On the basis of summarizing previous experience,the author carried out relevant research on the design and development of junior middle school biological informatization teaching resources.In this article,the author of the informationization teaching,"teaching","learning" and the informationization teaching resources such as the core concept definition,and all the elements of the through the informationization teaching(teacher,student,teaching resources,teaching platform,etc.)and its effect analysis,made clear the elements in the becoming of an information based society the status and role in the process of teaching.In order to make the designed and developed teaching resources better meet the requirements of junior high school biology teaching,the author believes that junior high school biology informatization teaching resources should be systematic,intuitive,interactive and vital.In addition,the design and development of information teaching resources should follow the principles of science,intuition,universality,innovation and subjectivity.With the ADDIE teaching design model as a reference,the author designs and develops the information-based teaching resources of junior high school biology "people in the biosphere(I)".The design and development of information-based teaching resources are divided into five stages.The analysis stage is mainly to complete the front-end analysis,including studying the junior high school biology curriculum standards,analyzing the content of teaching materials,defining the teaching objectives,and determining the types of information teaching resources.At the design stage,the author divides the information teaching resources into the resources for teachers to "teach" and the resources for students to "learn".Among them,"teaching" resources include junior high school biology curriculum standards,teaching materials or teacher's books,excellent teaching cases and related paper resources;The resources of "learning" include independent learning task list,micro class,PowerPoint presentation,exercise,mind map,teaching design and expansion resources,and the above resources.These were integrated and created for the initial stage.The development stage is mainly the secondary development of the original resources and the development of new resources.At the application stage,the author provides Suggestions for the use of each teaching resource,so as to maximize the effect of resource use.The evaluation stage runs through each process so as to adjust and improve in time.The final design and development of the "biosphere of people(I)" junior high school biological information teaching resources,this part of three-dimensional information teaching resources is to the existing junior high school biological information teaching resources rich,and to provide resources for teachers to carry out information teaching support.
