With the in-depth application of information technology in the field of education,the mode of information-based education and teaching is becoming more and more popular in all fields of education.In this process,the lack of information-based teaching resources has become the bottleneck of the development of this new teaching mode.At present,as far as the present situation of Chinaundefineds development is concerned,although there is a certain amount of information-based teaching resources,due to the lack of high-quality resources and the limitations of the network environment,most of them remain in the self-made use of individuals.Can not realize the exchange and sharing of resources,so this brings some limitations for the further promotion of the information-based teaching model.In view of this problem,the author mainly based on the mixed learning theory,constructivism theory,deep learning theory and ADDIE instructional design theory,using the methods of literature research,interview,design and research,and so on.First of all,this paper investigates and understands the background of information-based teaching resources and the present situation of teaching resources at home and abroad,especially under the information-based teaching mode in China in recent years.Then find out the concepts related to the information-based teaching resources,give the authorundefineds understanding of these concepts,sum up the information-based teaching process and analyze the elements and characteristics of the information-based teaching resources.On this basis,by following certain principles of information-based teaching resources development,this paper designs and develops information-based teaching resources by taking junior high school biology "the structure level of organisms" as an example to design and develop information-based teaching resources.Finally,combined with the design and development of information-based teaching resources,the author puts forward the corresponding use ofsuggestions for the follow-up researchers and front-line teachers to provide a certain reference for the design and development.On the basis of the research and understanding of the information-based teaching model,the author concludes that the information-based teaching process mainly includes three stages: pre-class,in-class and after-class,and according to this,to the teachers and students in the information-based teaching process,Teaching resources and platforms and other elements and characteristics of the analysis,and then in the information-based teaching resources in the systematic,intuitive,interactive,flexible and life of the five major features and information-based teaching resources of the objective control principles.The content accords with the principle.On the basis of the four principles of adaptation principle and sharing principle,taking the structure level of organism as an example,this paper discusses in detail the process of designing and developing information-based teaching resources,mainly including the front-end analysis.Design,development and release of the three links.In view of the above research,the author puts forward some suggestions from two aspects of the design,development and use of information-based teaching resources.In the process of design and development,the author puts forward some suggestions from three aspects: considering studentsundefined learning needs,improving teachersundefined technology and optimizing the network platform of educational functional departments.As for the application of information-based teaching resources,some suggestions are put forward on how to guide students to use and how to use information-based teaching resources in the three stages of information-based teaching process before,during and after class.Finally,through the above research and analysis,the author draws the following conclusions: teachers should constantly improve their information literacy,take fully into account the characteristics of students in each learning stage,and make suitable information-based teaching resources for students to study.At the same time,educational functional departments should constantly optimize the network environment for teachers and students to obtain open and shared interactive information-based teaching resources.
