At present,education reform in China is in full swing,and all schools across the country fully implement basic education curriculum plan,vigorously promote the teaching reform,so that the new curriculum concept and requirements are implemented into classroom teaching.Secondary vocational school is a talent training base for all majors in society.Physical education can improve students' physical quality and cultivate their courage to overcome difficulties and bear hardships and stand hard work.With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,many secondary vocational schools are also committed to the construction of the school physical education curriculum system,the construction of university classrooms,the teaching content began to combine with the major,and the teaching methods are also constantly innovative.In the implementation of new curriculum reform,however,still there is a class that is optional,high repeatability in class,students enthusiasm is not high,so it is necessary to analyze the secondary vocational school's sports and health courses and research,in order to school physical education curriculum teaching plan and curriculum for more targeted improvement.In this paper,it is on this basis,the art school in Qingdao,Qingdao economic vocational school 15 secondary vocational schools as the research object,USES the literature material,interview method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the results,the two aspects of the curriculum and practice from the course of goal setting,teaching content,students' attitude,class situation,evaluation system,practical results,such as dimension,tries to analyze the situation of Qingdao city secondary vocational school sports courses,summarizes the problems existing in the sports and health curriculum,analyze its rationality and limitations,and then put forward corresponding solutions and development direction.Through the research,it is found that: first,in the physical education and health courses of vocational schools in Qingdao,there are many problems,such as inconsistency between physical education courses and teaching objectives,disordered teaching contents,uneven teaching quality,students' attitude is not positive,and the assessment system is not accurate.Second,the implementation of the new curriculum reform program makes the physical education in secondary vocational schools more flexible in content selection and organizational form,and sets reasonable physical education content.Through flexible teaching design and organizational form,it can improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in extracurricular sports activities.Thirdly,physical education should not only be innovative in teaching methods and methods,but more importantly,the content of physical education should be reasonably selected.In the process of teaching,the content should be combined with the major learned by students,so as to prepare students to step into the society in the future and better adapt to work.Fourthly,the PE course in secondary vocational schools should choose the teaching content based on the major and the employment-oriented policy,so as to lay a solid foundation of core physical quality for students' future development.Based on this concept,it is very necessary to set up the PE and health courses with school-level features and professional orientation.Therefore,in order to better promote the comprehensive development of secondary vocational school student health professional Settings file we need to establish vocational schools,through file setting up reasonable sports teaching content,adjust the proportion of sports teaching the content,and adjust the teaching methods,to secondary vocational school each professional as the breakthrough point,promote the development of the sports teaching innovation,make the secondary vocational school physical education and health curriculum differs from ordinary high school physical education and health course,construction has the field characteristics,characteristics of the new era of sports health curriculum.In short,this requires vocational technical secondary school physical education teachers on the basis of this professional skilled but also for different students choose the teaching content more targeted,combined with different professional sports and health course is a new direction of current vocational technical secondary school physical education,the implementation of diversified sports teaching evaluation,so as to build a perfect system of physical education in secondary vocational school education,to ensure the physical and mental health of students in physical education teaching activities,for the essential physical quality of students in the future employment to lay a solid.
