Study On The Development Path And Countermeasure Of Youth Outdoor Camp In China

The youth outdoor camp in China is a social practice base for young people to receive good education and improve their ability.The youth outdoor camp plays an important role in protecting the healthy growth of young people in the future.Youth outdoor camps with their own unique environment,security facilities,medical services and a variety of excellent curriculum projects to bring about a breakthrough in the ability of young people in all aspects of their ability,especially in learning and education,improve physical fitness,Cultivating patriotism and social adaptation will benefit you all your life.This article takes the development path and countermeasure of the youth outdoor camp of our country as the research object,adopts the literature material method,the questionnaire survey method,the expert interview method,the mathematical statistics method and the field research method,and combines the Beijing soaring camp.Beijing Pinggu District Valley margin Youth Outdoor Camp,Shandong Shanqing World Jinan Camp and Shandong Levo Outdoor Camp four representative camps conducted in-depth investigation,analysis of the basic situation of the four representative camps,through the camp managers,The trainers and students(parents)sent out questionnaires to investigate and analyze the basic situation of camp development and various problems,etc.,and examined the reasonableness of the development of the camps in the field.This paper analyzes the target orientation and development path of the four camps under the leadership of different departments,and then analyzes the same and different problems faced by the four camps at the present stage,and puts forward the countermeasures to be solved and finally puts forward a conclusion.Provide theoretical experience for developing and trying to create youth camps,adding strength to the development of outdoor education in China.Research result:(1)Four outdoor camps for adolescents are not perfect in terms of overall systematic standards,normative system construction,effective and rational utilization of resources around the camps,insufficient security guarantee,unclear development orientation of quality courses and characteristic courses,establishment of a service system to guide adolescents to actively participate in camp activities,and professional skills and knowledge of trainers.The level needs to be improved,and there is a lack of highly educated team of trainers.(2)The development path of Beijing Flying Camp lays stress on the development needs of school-family-society integration model,pays attention to the close relationship between the three,focuses on training the education and learning of young people in contact with the three places,strictly abides by the law of young people's education,and expands the new form of overall development of education.(3)The development path of Guyuyuan Campin Beijing focuses on guiding teenagers to adhere to physical exercise,cultivating lifelong sports concept,and taking the national fitness path through equipment and exercise items,with the main focus on improving physical fitness.(4)The development path of Shanqing World Jinan Camp is to cultivate young people's patriotism and teamwork,and to develop young people's enthusiasm for life through research and foreign exchanges.(5)The development path of Lewo Camp in Jinan is to enrich the characteristics of the camps through the industrial characteristics,to give priority to the experiential projects that the public likes,and to effectively integrate the fashionable theme camps with the surrounding resources,so as to stimulate the interests and hobbies of teenagers.(6)Four outdoor camps for teenagers have their own key development paths,but the problems in the process of development are more prominent.The single development path is the most important problem under comparison,and the path selection does not fully take into account the physical and psychological development needs of teenagers.(7)Four outdoor camps for adolescents in the study under the leadership of different sectors play an important role in different aspects of the growth of young people.However,the camp only relies on its own nature to focus on improving one or two young people's abilities,restricting the improvement and development of their comprehensive ability,and cannot achieve the true meaning of outdoor camp activities.Camps should focus on the development paths of four camps to create a comprehensive youth outdoor camp development path.
