Research On Present Resources And Development Paths Of Outdoor Sports In Jiangsu Province

The State Council and relevant ministries and commissions have successively released the documents include the ‘Guidance on accelerating the development of the fitness and leisure industry' and the ‘Development plan for mountain outdoor sports industry',between 2016 to 2017.Based on this,the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and the related departments and bureaus have successively released the documents,include the‘Implementation opinions on accelerating the development of fitness and leisure industry in Jiangsu province' and the ‘Industrial action plan of accelerating the development of mountain outdoor sports industry in Jiangsu province',from 2017 to 2018.Nanjing Laoshan mountain area is rich in outdoor sports resources,,the region has actively developed outdoor sports.Outdoor sports not only bring good social benefits to the local community but also bring some thinking,which is of typical significance and demonstration value in the development of outdoor sports resources in Jiangsu province.The research is based on the case of the development of Nanjing Laoshan mountain area,which has rich sports resources,and is aimed at referencing,reflecting,logically analyzing the status and influencing factors of outdoor sports resources development in Jiangsu and researching out relevant countermeasures,through the methods of reviewing the literature,and conducting interviews,field visits,case studies,and questionnaire surveys.Through preliminary research and analysis,the following major problems still exist in the development path of outdoor sports resources in Jiangsu:(i)small scale overall and single development mode;(ii)Insufficient attention from relevant government departments;(iii)Insufficient coordination mechanism and unbalanced regional development;(iv)Weak brand competitiveness;(v)Lack of professional organizations and talents.Based on the findings above,the author provides some suggestions on the development path of outdoor sports resources in Jiangsu:(i)Leverage policy advantages and further strengthen the construction of outdoor sports organizations at all levels,to serve people;(ii)Leverage economic advantages,accelerate the speed of developing the outdoor sports market and comprehensively improve the industrial capacity;(iii)Leverage theadvantages of regional brands,fully mine local cultural tourism and other resources,and consistently to create outdoor sports boutique projects;(iv)Leverage education resources,carry out extensive teaching related to outdoor sports in colleges and universities,and train more professional talents;(v)Leverage the advantages of publicity,constantly enhance people's awareness of outdoor sports,and realize the ‘universal outdoor';(vi)Leverage the advantages of the concept,adhere to the scientific development of outdoor sports resources,and always retain the "golden hill".
