In recent years,although the school physical education reform in our country continues to advance,but the reform effect is not very ideal,college students’ physical health level is still in a downward trend.With the promotion of physical movement function training in China,it has been highly recognized by relevant domestic experts,especially in the field of competitive sports and sports rehabilitation.However,the application and research of physical movement function training in the field of college physical education is relatively less.This study tried to integrate physical movement training and college sports without affecting the essence of the curriculum,and explored the effect of physical movement training on the health promotion of ordinary college students with a new organizational form and teaching method.60 students of 21 grade college sports basketball elective class in Fuyang Normal University were selected as the experimental objects.The effects of physical education intervention for 12 weeks were studied by means of literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.Independent sample T test was conducted on the relevant indicators of the study,and it was found that:Findings:(1)Functional movement screening: the P value of the experimental group was <0.01,showing a very significant difference;The P value in the control group was >0.05,showing no significant difference;After the experiment,the P value between the experimental group and the control group was < 0.01,showing a very significant difference.(2)The changes of physical health indicators of the experimental group: in terms of physical fitness,the P value of the pull-up index in of the students was < 0.01,showing a very significant difference;The P values of 50 m running,standing long jump and 1min sit-up were all < 0.05,showing significant differences.The P values of sitting forward flexion,800 m running and 1000 m running were all > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.In terms of physical function,the P value of vital capacity index of students was > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.In terms of body shape,the P value of BMI index of students was > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.(3)In the control group,the P values of the physical fitness of the students in the pull-up,50 m run,standing long jump,1min sit-up,sitting forward flexion,800 m run and 1000 m run were all > 0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.In terms of physical function,the P value of vital capacity index of students was > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.In terms of body shape,the P values of BMI index of students were all > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.(4)The changes of physical health indexes between the experimental group and the control group: in terms of physical fitness,the P value of pull-ups in of students was < 0.01,showing a very significant difference;The P of BMI index of students was > 0.05,and there was no significant difference.Conclusions:(1)In optimizing and improving the movement mode of ordinary college students,physical movement function training has more advantages than traditional physical education.(2)In terms of influencing the physical quality of ordinary college students,physical movement function training had a better promoting effect on the development of students’ physical quality such as pull-up,50 meters running,standing long jump,1min sit-up,etc.,among which the promoting effect on students’ pull-up was more prominent.It has no significant effect on the development of students’ body quality such as sitting and bending,800 meters running,1000 meters running and so on compared with traditional physical education.(3)In terms of influencing the body function and body shape of ordinary college students,the effect of physical movement function training and traditional physical education on the improvement of body function and body shape of ordinary college students is not significant.The study recommends that:(1)The physical education departments of colleges and universities attach great importance to the training of physical movement function,and gradually promote the organic integration of physical movement function training and college physical education class in ordinary colleges and universities.(2)University physical education departments should strengthen the construction of the physical movement function training teaching staff,continuously optimize the structure of the teaching staff,and gradually meet the campus needs of ordinary college students for physical movement function training.(3)College physical education should pay more attention to the development of endurance and flexibility of ordinary college students,and increase the teaching content related to endurance and flexibility.
