Basketball is a popular sport among Chinese people.In recent years,with the rapid and sustainable development of China's economy,the successful hosting of the Olympic Games,the promotion of professional leagues and Cuba leagues,and the introduction of relevant national policies,basketball has set off a new upsurge in China.All kinds of amateur basketball clubs(training institutions)have sprung up,and all kinds of amateur basketball matches are in full swing.This paper chooses the best among them which named “Urban Fable”.The marketing strategy of Urban Fable basketball club is taken as the research object,aiming at summarizing and analyzing the marketing strategy of “Urban Fable” basketball club,providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the development of amateur basketball clubs in China.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,investigation,case analysis and logical analysis,combined with PEST and SWOT analysis model to analyze and summarize the marketing strategy and related content of urban legend,and to study the marketing strategy of Urban Fable.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Amateur games is the main project of Urban Fable,make up for the current market vacancies in amateur games in China,so that basketball fans have access to a new and high-quality basketball game platform,to meet the needs of consumers.2.Create a new amateur basketball game mode by APP and the advantages of the number of basketball venues in China.3.Urban Fable use various network platforms for propaganda,and use the advantages of live broadcasting platform,short video,Wechat and others to promote,the use of the network is high and the means are diverse.4.Users of Urban Fable have a large age span and many types of users.At present,there is a certain base in the number of users,and the number of users is still increasing gradually.
