Reform of Physical Education Examination is an important reform and innovation of China's in the high school entrance examinations.It is of great significance to promote the development of physical education teaching in junior middle schools,to improve the physical quality of junior middle school students and to improve physical education classroom teaching.With the comprehensive development of the new curriculum reform,the sports test system will also undergo new reforms.This study attempts to find out the problems and deficiencies of Xinxiang City's physical education and student exercise behavior after the reform of the senior high school entrance examination in 2016.Based on the theoretical knowledge of school physical education,basic sports theories,physical education teaching methods,etc,we will further explore and solve the problems in physical education of middle schools in Xinxiang City,thus contribute to the improvement of the physical health of the middle school students and the vigorous development of school sports in Xinxiang City.This study takes the junior high schools of Xinxiang City,Henan Province as the survey object,and uses literature,field interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the impact of the reform of the senior high school entrance examination on the physical education and exercise of junior high school in Xinxiang City.Through analyzing the important factors of physical education teaching and students' exercise,including physical education teachers,teaching contents,teaching methods,time,frequency and intensity of students' physical exercise,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Since Xinxiang City promulgated the new physical education system for the middle school entrance examination in 2016,the middle schools have been able to take effective and different examination contents and methods to evaluate the students' physical education situation reasonably according to their actual situation.(2)After the reform of the physical education entrance examination,due to the utilitarian requirements of parents,teachers and students to improve the performance of the senior high school entrance examination,the junior high school physical education deviated from the curriculum goal of the physical education curriculum to promote the all-round development of students,which weakens the role of physical exercise in the development of students' psychological and social adaptability,and affects the realization of the goal of physical exercise.(3)The junior high school students' understanding of physical exercise is greatly influenced by the physical examination of the senior high school entrance examination and the majority of students choose to cope with the examination.Compared with before,the time and exercise frequency of students participating in physical exercise have increased.(4)In terms of enthusiasm for physical exercise,the enthusiasm of junior high school students has increased.For students who actively participate in sports activities,the number of boys is significantly higher than that of girls.In the intensity of extracurricular physical exercise,students lack professional technical guidance,and the effect of physical exercise.(5)In terms of project selection,the middle and long distance running is currently the most selected sport.In football,the proportion of football and basketball is relatively high.The teaching methods of football and basketball are simple,the daily exercise is extensive,and there is an advantage in improving the performance.In gymnastics,girls have a slight advantage in project setting by analyzing the number of people who choose to pull up and sit up.(6)In the choice of sports venues after class,the choice of school is relatively reduced,and the choice of community,training classes and gym has improved to a certain degree.(7)Reform of Physical Education Examination in the high school entranceexaminations in Xinxiang City is the result of the attention paid by the society to the physical health of young students in many aspects.It has raised the students' awareness of participating in physical exercise at a certain level and enhanced the atmosphere of students participating in physical exerciseOn this basis,the following recommendations are made:(1)Schools should aim at instilling students' theoretical knowledge,establishing correct sports concepts and possessing certain sports abilities,and take raising awareness and enhancing physical fitness as premises.In the process of physical exercise,we should gradually improve and guide sports behavior and cultivate students' lifelong sports;(2)Teachers should combine the teaching materials,objectives and contents with the requirements of the examination and then combine the classroom teaching requirements with sports competitions and interesting games through innovation so as to complete the study of sports events and enrich the exercise contents;(3)Schools should increase funds for sports equipment and facilities,arrange manpower and material resources according to actual needs,increase the opening of extracurricular sports venues to students and ensure that students have enough space for physical exercise and personal safety in sports activities;(4)Increase diversified evaluation methods through evaluating their classroom sports skills and times students participate in sports activities.Finally,they can be incorporated into the performance evaluation of the physical education entrance examination.It is conducive to cultivate students' sports habits,improve students' self-learning,master scientific methods of exercise and establish the awareness of lifelong physical education which can avoid further Emphasis on the examination-oriented phenomenon in physical education.(5)In the case of shortage of school sports resources,schools should make full use of public sports venues,rationally use sports resources in urban central and suburban areas,and expand the range of students using sports facilities;(6)Schools can set up teachers' assessment,reward and punishment mechanisms to encourage and urge them to develop professional learning,which will play a positive role in promoting the implementation of physical education teachers' teaching contents,the formulation of teaching objectives and the selection of teaching methods.
