| Since the reform and opening up,China’s physical education reform has always followed the pace of national education reform,actively conform to the trend of The Times,and played a positive role in the training of middle school talents.Over the past 40 years,the physical education of the high school entrance examination has continued to rise in status and played an irreplaceable role in improving students’ physical quality and sports skills.Mid-term exam sports reform roughly experienced partial experiment,the pilot,full implementation of four stages and deepen the reform,the evolution characteristics mainly embodied in:always to physical health as test value orientation,the evaluation way from summative evaluation to procedural and summative assessment,the combination of exam content from pay attention to physical fitness to physical fitness and skills,the test status from the edge of the less important to the core courses.In the important historical period of physical education and the construction of education power,the high school entrance examination physical education has important value,which aspects should be changed from the high school entrance examination physical education,we urgently need to give answers.In order to promote students’ active participation in physical exercise,the students’ health consciousness is developed through the physical examination in the form of tests,and the students’ physical health level is feedback through the final physical examination results.The high school entrance examination physical education has improved the social people from all walks of life to the school,especially the junior high school physical education,at the same time has improved the attention to the student’s health condition,finally formed the lifelong physical education concept,in order to further improve the students and the whole nation’s physique,quality.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the influence of the recommendation of the new middle school physical education system reform on junior middle school physical education teaching.This paper adopts the method of literature,questionnaire,interview and so on,to study the influence of the reform of physical education system for middle school in Henan Province.The research results show that the reform of the physical education system of the high school entrance examination in Henan province has experienced three stages of pilot exploration,comprehensive promotion and comprehensive reform,and is now facing the fourth stage starting in 2021.The reform of physical education system for middle school examination in Henan province has improved the status of physical education in all subjects of middle school,aroused the society,schools,parents and students to attach great importance to and invest in physical education,but also brought pressure and motivation to physical education teachers and students.In henan province in 2021 mid-term exam sports system reform,to improve the physical education teachers are engaged in physical education teaching reform,teaching goal setting and implementation,cohesion and setting of teaching content,teaching environment conditions,the rationalization of organization method has a greater influence,and puts forward the higher request,at the same time process evaluation to join got praised by the majority of teachers;It has an important influence on students,greatly mobilizing the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities,students’ awareness of physical exercise has been improved,they invest more time in physical exercise,and they are more clear in the goal and purpose of physical exercise.However,at the initial stage of the physical education system reform in2021,there are two most prominent problems for teachers: one is how to guarantee the time for the implementation of teaching objectives;the other is that it is difficult to solve the single venue problem in the teaching environment.At the level of students,there are three main problems that need to be solved:first,students’ lifelong sports awareness needs to be strengthened;second,students’ exercise benefits need to be combined with teaching practice step by step;third,teachers should give students more encouragement,understanding and care.At the same time,the lack of PE teachers,equipment,sports funds and too many students are the important factors that restrict the quality of PE teaching in junior middle schools in Henan Province.Suggestions: In terms of physical education teachers,the key is to build a scientific and reasonable ratio of teachers and students,and constantly expand high-quality physical education teachers;In terms of physical education teaching environment,schools at all levels in Henan province should try their best to strengthen physical education infrastructure construction,help physical education teachers to create a better teaching environment,and help students to have a better physical education learning environment;In sports teaching content and method,the integrated use of different teaching methods to achieve the teaching effect optimization,is the future trend of development of sports teaching,physical education teachers on the basis of pay attention to the mid-term exam sports,should also be combined with their own advantages,sports teaching material contents and the students’ interests reasonable arrangement of teaching content,pay attention to students mastery of knowledge and sports skills;In the aspect of physical exercise habits,physical education teachers should pay attention to the guidance of students’ development direction,stimulate students’ motivation to exercise,and help students fully understand the benefits of physical exercise by combining theory with practice.In the aspect of the formulation of the examination standards of graduation physical education,the formulation of examination standards,methods and scores of graduation physical education should be scientific,standardized,reasonable,fair,just and open,in line with the actual selection and training of students and talents. |
