In order to respond to the call of the state and promote the physical and mental health of students,from the "sports plus test" to the PE entrance grade,directly affect the total score of this year's junior high school graduates and the admission of high schools,effectively enhance the attention of the relevant departments and the level of physical health of teenagers.In the eighth-grade,the physical education teaching makes reasonable response to the physical examination,which can not only improve students' performance in the high school entrance examination,but also enhance their physique and health.According to the PE entrance system of Liaocheng and the eighth-grade examination test cases,with grade sports teaching in Liaocheng status,influence factors and countermeasures of dealing with the physical examination as the research object,by combination of Liaocheng bureau leaders,PE teachers and students as investigation object,using the literature,interview,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method and statistics and other research methods,into the in-depth analysis among 32 schools of Liaocheng,against sports examination of classroom teaching,students' extracurricular sports activities and physical and mental state,aimed at enhancing sports teaching Junior Three ability to cope with physical examination,make sports teaching and examination can better cohesion,and improve grade sports teaching quality and students' examination result,improve grade students in physical fitness and health level,make the quality of our education and junior middle school students overall development achieve substantial results.The research contents and results were listed as follows:(1)Physical education classroom teaching in Liaocheng third grade can develop students' basic quality and sports skills in the process of physical education examination,but some schools still have the problem of insufficient participation of students in physical education classroom teaching.(2)The content of extracurricular sports activities should be monotonous and boring,the system is not perfect,the sports items that students are interested in are limited due to the site facilities and other reasons,some schools set up self-study classes at night,teachers assign a lot of homework,and students' time for physical exercise cannot be guaranteed.(3)The school can be used to deal with the lack of relevant sports equipment and facilities or per shortage,which needs to be further improved.(4)Most parents of Liaocheng junior three students are optimistic about the physical education examination and physical exercise,but there are still some parents with insufficient understanding of the physical education examination.(5)The anxiety level of the junior three students in dealing with the physical education examination is generally high,and they have insufficient understanding of the physical education examination,poor initiative in choosing projects,negative positioning of themselves,and lack of confidence in dealing with the physical education examination.According to the above research results,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)to combine the development of students' quality with the improvement of students sports skills,so as to stimulate students' interest in practice and ensure students' efficiency in dealing with the physical education examination in the classroom;(2)to listen to students' opinions more,the contents and methods of extra-curricular activities should be flexible and in line with the physical and mental characteristics of Students;(3)make full use of the existing resources and facilities,adapt to local conditions,timely check the wear and tear of equipment,and improve the Factor of safety of the field and equipment;(4)to disseminate knowledge about the examination to parents by means of lectures or parent conferences,and to provide a good environment for students to do physical exercises outside school and prepare for the examination;(5)teachers should help students to know themselves correctly,reduce or eliminate anxiety,cultivate students' ability to choose examination items independently,and improve their self-confidence.
