Research On Physical Exercise Situation And Influencing Factors Of Primary School Students

Pupils are the future of the motherland and have a great impact on the prosperity of the country.Primary school students' quality development and physical exercise are inseparable,and good physical exercise behavior is the key factor for their growth.Individuals need to go through many periods to form healthy physical exercise habits,in which the most critical is the period of primary school students as the basic stage,and in order to shape physical exercise behavior in primary school stage,it is necessary to guide primary school students to form a positive attitude of physical participation.Therefore,we should attach importance to the cultivation of physical exercise behavior,understand the causes of the habit of physical exercise,study the ways and means to promote the attitude of physical participation,and use various ways to cultivate pupils' reasonable physical exercise behavior,so as to improve their quality in all aspects,sublimate their will quality,realize the all-round development of pupils in all regions of China,and make the future of the motherland and the nation possible.Become better.From the perspective of multiple disciplines,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of physical exercise and the development of physical education level of primary school students in two primary schools in Taiyuan.The results show that pupils are generally satisfied with their physical fitness and sports performance.Most pupils can realize the importance of sports and have sufficient interest in sports.Primary school students are more active in participating in sports activities.The main venues for sports activities are schools,communities and some free sports venues.Pupils are more willing to be with their families and classmates in the form of sports activities,and they are interested in various types of sports.Pupils are generally satisfiedwith the physical activities carried out by the school.The physical education hardware and software facilities of the school can meet their needs for exercise.The most important factor that promotes pupils to take part in physical exercise is their personal interest in sports,and insufficient time is the primary reason that hinders pupils from participating in physical exercise.Most parents have a positive attitude towards pupils participating in sports activities,but their own physical exercise behavior is not scientific enough.The economic input of pupils' families to sports demand has reached a higher level in general,and the consciousness of consumption in sports has been gradually strengthened.
