With the continuous development of China's economy,the concept of lifelong sports is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The age of sport for all has come.The new era endows the new generation with new missions and responsibilities.According to the national physique monitoring bulletin in 2014,the physical health of contemporary college students continues to decline,and the physical exercise situation is not optimistic.However,the group of female college students lack of sports,participation in physical exercise is not ideal.In view of this,this study used questionnaire survey to investigate 548 female college students in Wuhan,and through descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance to understand the basic characteristics of the attitudes and behaviors of female college students in the current physical exercise stage.This paper uses correlation and multiple regression to explore the relationship between attitude and behavior of female college students in different stages of physical exercise,and some Suggestions are put forward to promote the participation of female college students in physical exercise.The aim is to improve the physical and mental health of female college students and improve their quality of life.The results of this paper are as follows:1.The number of female college students taking regular exercise in the physical exercise stage accounted for 27.92%;The mean values of the three levels of physical exercise attitude were above 3(agree).In terms of sports behavior,exercise intensity is low,time is short and frequency is low.There are significant differences in attitudes towards physical exercise among different majors and sports consumption.Female college students of different grades,majors and sports consumption have significant differences in sports behavior.2.There is a significant positive correlation between physical exercise attitude and physical behavior.Among them,emotional experience and behavioral tendency have significant predictive effects on sports behavior in the previous intention stage.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the attitude of physical exercise and physical behavior in the intention stage.Among them,emotional experience has a significant predictive effect on sports behavior.4.There is no significant correlation between physical training attitude and physical behavior in the preparation stage.Among them,the emotional experience of physical exercise has a significant predictive effect on the time of physical behavior.5.There is a significant positive correlation between attitude and behavioral tendency of physical exercise and physical behavior in the action stage and maintenance stage.Among them,cognitive and emotional attitude have significant predictive effects on sports behavior.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Female college students' overall level of physical exercise is relatively low,their attitude towards physical exercise is positive,and their overall participation in physical exercise is not optimistic.2.There are differences in attitudes towards physical exercise among female college students in different majors and sports consumption.There are differences in sports behavior among female college students in different grades,majors and sports consumption.3.With the gradual deepening of the exercise stage,the cognition,emotional experience and behavioral tendency of the exercise attitude gradually deepen,and the exercise intensity,time and frequency will increase.4.In the exercise behavior stage,except the preparation stage,female college students' attitude of physical exercise is significantly positively correlated with their sports behavior in the other four stages.The attitude factors influencing and predicting female college students' sports behavior are different in different exercise behavior stages.
