| With the development of table tennis and the change of rules,the importance of physical training for table tennis players has become increasingly prominent.With the decline of ball speed and rotation,the importance of strength quality in this project has been highlighted.Middle school students are an important part of the training of table tennis talents in our country.This group takes into account the dual identities of students and athletes,and has higher requirements for the overall development of "learning and training".Scientific and targeted physical training plays an important role in improving the comprehensive quality of middle school table tennis players,improving their competitive level and preventing sports injuries.Trunk prop strength training,as an important part of physical function training,can effectively improve the transmission efficiency of athletes’ power chain,improve the stability and coordination of the body.This paper studies the theory and practice of trunk prop strength training,expounds the principle of trunk prop strength training,and studies the train of thought and method of introducing trunk prop strength training to middle school male table tennis players.By using the methods of documentation,experiment,mathematical statistics and expert interview,this paper takes 20 middle school students’ table tennis players aged 14-16 as the experimental objects,and through the analysis of the pre-test data and combining with the characteristics of the group,formulates the training scheme of trunk prop strength.After 12 weeks’ training,it is found that the scheme can effectively improve middle school students’ table tennis.Athletes’ functional movement level improved significantly(P < 0.01)by 22%;the stability of trunk props in coronal and sagittal planes increased significantly(P < 0.01),increased by 221% and 312%,respectively,and reduced the difference between the two sides of the body;the explosive power of trunk props increased significantly(P < 0.01),increased by 2.7%,and the difference between the two sides of the body decreased.There was no significant difference in lateral movement speed(P > 0.05).The stability and batting quality of forehand pull in the middle platform were significantly improved(P < 0.01),with an increase of 3.8% and 18.9% respectively.Based on the above research results,this paper draws the conclusion that the trunk prop strength training scheme suitable for developing middle school table tennis players consists of lateral shoulder rotation,double arm "L" swing,single leg hard pull + rowing,unstable centrifugal push-ups,unstable two-point hand support,high support single leg side bridge,single leg side pull-up,mini-belt lateral movement,side squat,straight arm rotation.The program can effectively improve the training effect of middle school students’ table tennis players.Among them,the forehand pulling skill,the functional action level,the stability of trunk props and the rotating explosive force of the middle platform have been significantly improved,and the difference of lateral movement speed between the two sides of the body can be reduced.The improvement was not significant. |
