Objectives:In this study, the effect of static stretching training on the prevention of sports injury of female judoka athletes was studied by conducting static stretching training for female judoka athletes after training and designing the static stretching training program for sports intervention. Methods:This study used the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and field investigation to study the effect of 8-week static stretching training on the prevention of sports injury of female judoka athletes.Twenty women judo team athletes in jiangsu province were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group and the control group were 10 people respectively. The experimental group received static stretching training for 15-20 min each time after the special training, and the control group did not receive static stretching training after the special training. Before experiment and after the experiment of the experimental group and control group of motion(ROM),flexibility measurement, after the experiment respectively the degree of muscle soreness in the experimental group and control group, and in the process of experiment respectively record the damage situation of the experimental group and control group, statistics and analysis of experimental data, reflecting the use of the static tensile sex training can affect women’s judo athletes to prevent sports injury.Results:1.After the experiment, the range of motion of the experimental group was significantly different from that before the experiment(P<0.05),which was specifically reflected in that the range of motion of the shoulder, hip and knee joints was significantly increased compared with that before the experiment.2.After the experiment, the degree of muscle soreness in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).Specifically,the degree of muscle soreness at 48 h,72h and 96 h after the experiment was significantly relieved compared with that in the control group.3.After the experiment, there was a significant difference in the flexibility between the experimental group and the experimental group(P<0.05),which was reflected in the significant improvement in the flexibility of shoulder joint, hip joint and knee joint compared with that before the experiment.4.After the experiment, the number of sports injuries in the experimental group and the control group was statistically analyzed, and the statistical difference was not obvious. However,in terms of the number of sports injuries, the number of sports injuries in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, indicating that static stretching training was effective in preventing sports injuries. Conclusions:The use of static stretching training after sports training can increase the range of motion of the joints, relieve muscle pain, improve the flexibility of the body,is effective in preventing sports injury.
