Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.With the economic development,China's use and allocation of capital,labor,technology and other factors have reached a new height.From the initial oversupply and low cost,the labor force has begun to shift to insufficient supply and high cost.Among them,employed people in high-skilled fields such as information and finance have higher wages than those who work in low-skilled fields.This phenomenon has become more apparent as the level of technological progress continues to increase.This paper applies partial differentiation to the double-nested CES production function by constructing capital,a double-nested CES production function that includes skilled and unskilled labor,and building a household utility function that includes consumption,skilled labor,and unskilled labor.The Lagrange extreme value method is applied to the household utility production function,and the equilibrium solution is solved according to the equilibrium between the production function and the household utility function.Leading to the definition of technical progress skill bias level,and using equilibrium conditions,it is concluded that if the substitution elasticity between skill labor and nonskilled labor is greater than zero,that is,there is a complementary relationship between skill labor and unskilled labor,then technological progress The level of skill bias is negatively related to the level of labor supply structure.If the substitution elasticity between skill labor and non-skilled labor is less than 0,that is,there is an alternative relationship between skill labor and unskilled labor,then technological progress skill bias The level is positively related to the level of labor supply structure.This theory provides a theoretical basis for demonstrating the labor supply structure to empirically test the level of technological progress skills.Based on the national time series data and the 31 province panel data on the labor supply structure index and the technological progress skill bias index,based on the four regions of the whole country,the east,the west and the northeast,the three dimensions of each province observe the labor supply structure of China.Level and technical progress skills bias level.Based on the national time series data and the panel data of each province,the impact of the labor supply structure on the technical bias of technology advancement is examined,and the influence of the change of labor supply structure on the bias of technological progress skills is examined.The least squares regression is applied to the time series data of the country,and the random effect model(FGLS)is applied to the panel data of each province.Cross-validation is concluded.In China,the technical bias level of technology advancement is positively correlated with the level of labor supply structure.It is inversely related to the rate of change in the labor supply structure.In order to verify the level of labor supply structure and the change of labor supply structure level and the influence of technology progress skill bias,this paper also incorporates the labor supply structure level and labor supply structure change rate into the impact model,and empirically demonstrates the national and provincial dimensions.Test,it is concluded that the level of labor supply structure is improved,that is,the increase of the supply of skilled labor relative to unskilled labor in the employed will increase the level of technological progress skills bias,and the rate of change in the labor supply structure will increase,which will weaken the technical progress skills.After the bias level,after the two offset,the technical progress skills bias is still rising.The decline in the supply of labor,that is,the reduction in the supply of skilled labor relative to unskilled labor,will reduce the level of technological advancement skills bias,the rate of change in the labor supply structure will decline,and will increase the level of technological advancement skills bias,after the two offset,technological progress Skill bias is still on a downward trend.
